Alleged Teen Forger Arrested: Log

Concord Police arrested an alleged Mass. stalker for bugging ex about where his son was; cop says reported drunk driver covered in cashews.

CONCORD, NH - Michael R. Zanoli, 29, of Mammoth Road in Lowell, MA, received a summons at 2:27 a.m. on May 4, 2016, for misuse or failure to display plates after an officer stopped an SUV hauling a trailer with a defective taillight, according to a police report. Zanoli reportedly stated that he had purchase the vehicle but didn’t have the title yet and thought it was OK to put another vehicle’s plates on temporary.

Michael D. Verboncoeur, 23, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on April 22, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for simple assault issued on April 15, 2016. He’s due in court on May 30.

Devin James, 26, of Lake Drive in Worcester, MA, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on March 30, 2016, on a warrant by Manchester Police – a 12-hour hold – for stalking. Police were sent to the Citizens Bank on North Main Street for a report of an unwanted individual – a man looking for his ex, according to an arrest report. The couple had a child together but the woman reportedly didn’t want to speak to him. James allegedly stated that he wanted to find out where his son was, according to the report. James was given a no trespass letter for the bank, arrested, and transported to Hooksett to be delivered to Manchester Police.

Bryana Moore, 29, of Mechanic Street in Laconia, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on March 28, 2016, for theft of lost or mislaid property from Sept. 11, 2015, at Walmart on Loudon Road. The officer was sent to Walmart for a past tense theft and while there, assisted an employee with no trespass letters for two individuals. One – Moore – had an active warrant and was arrested.

David J. Vecchiola, 34, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on March 27, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court on a drugs act charge from Feb. 1, 2013, $509 cash. He refused bail and was held.

Stephen M. Bourque, 27, of Morgan Drive in Bow, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on March 26, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. Officers on North State Street saw a vehicle pull out of a parking lot and not use its turn signal and then, not use the turn signal again on Pleasant Street, according to an arrest report. The Subaru was pulled over on Orchard Street.

The driver – Bourque – allegedly smelled like alcohol and had red, glossy eyes. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested.

Matthew J. Whitcomb, 22, of Brookside Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on March 24, 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in Hillsborough County Superior Court issued on March 17, 2016, on an operating after suspension charge, $200 cash bail. He was arrested after an officer ran a check on a Subaru driving on North Main Street. The vehicle was stopped on South Street.

Craig D. McGee, 27, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on March 18, 2016, on warrants – one was from the Derry Police Department; a second one was out of Derry District Court for suspension of registration, $500 cash, issued in June 2015. He was held and arraigned on March 21.

Jada M. Johnson, 19, of Ahern Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on March 18, 2016, for felony forgery and theft by deception from incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road in November 2015. She had a court date on April 18.

Jonathan J. Connor, 33, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on March 15, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense. An officer on Pleasant Street reportedly saw an SUV driving unusually slow and not using turn signals, and then later, driving the wrong way on a one-way street – Park Street, according to an arrest report. The vehicle was stopped on North Main Street and the driver – Connor – allegedly smelled like alcohol, had red glossy eyes, and had “cashews all over his lap,” according to the officer. “It appeared that the operator responded in a lethargic manner and looked confused with what was going on around him,” the officer alleged. “I observed he spoke with thick tongue and slurred speech. I observed that the operator spoke in a very slow manner and had difficulty pronouncing his words.” After more questioning, he was arrested, taken in to protective custody, and arraigned on April 4.

Jivan D. Agoubi, 26, of Heritage Drive in Allenstown, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on March 15, 2016, for conduct after an accident from Oct. 31, 2015, outside of the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. He was arrested after an officer reportedly saw his sedan “abruptly turned right” into the 6 Loudon Road parking lot and ran a check on the vehicle. He’s due in court on May 9.
