CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a convicted armed robber with known gang ties who is wanted on a parole violation and failure to appear on a theft charge. Travis James Truell is 35, about 5-feet, 9-inches tall, and weighs around 170 lbs. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Truell has a number of tattoos including the words "WHITE PRIDE" on his back, "NO MERCY" on his neck, a swastika, skulls, and tribal art, too, according to officials.

Warrants for Truell's arrest were issued on July 22, and Dec. 26, 2019, by the New Hampshire Parole Board and Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on a parole violation and failure to appear on a theft charge.

According to e-Ticker News of Claremont, Truell was arrested in January 2014 after robbing the EZ Mart on Maple Street in Claremont. He was also arrested on a parole violation warrant at the time before being handed over to Claremont police, according to the report. At an arraignment, according to the Valley News, he denied the robbery.

"Truell should be considered armed and dangerous," said Jeffrey White, a deputy with the U.S. Marshals Service. "(He) has a history of carrying a knife and association with a white supremacist gang."
