‘Armed And Dangerous’ New Hampshire Drug Fugitive Wanted On A Parole Violation: NH DOC
Eugene Sandsbury has been convicted on more than a dozen charges, was accused of possessing weapons, and has ties to Florida, Massachusetts.

CONCORD, NH — The state corrections department is asking for the public’s help locating a New Hampshire man with more than a dozen drug convictions who is wanted on a parole violation.
Eugene Sandsbury is 47, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs about 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes and is bald with gray hair.
Sandsbury, according to NH DOC officials, “has an extensive criminal history,” including burglary, assault, and weapons. Due to the allegation of being known to carry weapons, investigators slapped him with an “armed and dangerous” alert. Sandsbury was last known to live in Littleton but has ties to Florida and Massachusetts.

According to superior court records, Sandsbury’s major criminal activity began in 2018, when he was accused of controlled drug: acts prohibited in Manchester and pleaded guilty to the charge. He was involved in a second acts prohibited charge out of Salem in November 2018, leading to a guilty plea 18 months later. His sentence on that charge was amended in August 2021.
In 2019, Sandsbury was involved in 10 more controlled drug: acts prohibited charges in Allenstown, Hooksett, Manchester, and Salem, leading to three guilty pleas. Three more drug charges were processed out of Manchester in 2020, leading to three more guilty pleas.

Last year, Sandsbury was charged with acts prohibited and deal-possess prescription drugs in Manchester and two acts prohibited charges in Goffstown. He was also charged with acts prohibited and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon in Allenstown in January. Three more guilty pleas followed.
