Windham Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Image Charges: Roundup
Northwood man indicted on 5th DUI; Missouri man accused of making threat with metal rod; Allenstown man indicted on crack up butt charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Daniel Quinn, 34, of 1st New Hampshire Turnpike in Northwood, on a felony driving under the influence-fifth offense charge on Stratham Heights Road in Aug. 13, 2019.
James S. Rogers, 50, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook, on a felony robbery charge. He's accused of punching another man in the chest after a theft incident at Market Basket in Seabrook on Aug. 9, 2019.

Randy Ross, 33, of Old Main Road in Warner, on reckless conduct and two habitual offender charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving on Haverhill Road in Chester on May 24, 2018, and driving on Main Street in Hampstead and at more than 80 mph on Route 121 in Hampstead and Chester on Nov. 7, 2018.
Eugene William Sandsbury, 43, of Whitten Street in Allenstown, on possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He's accused of placing baggies of drugs in his anus to impede an investigation on Feb. 7, 2019, in Salem.

Michael Sarnie, 23, of Oakwood Street in Windham, on two felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges on May 1, 2017, in Windham.
Kathleen R. Scherbon, 38, of Depot Road in East Kingston, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. She's accused of attempting to have a family member to drop criminal charges against her in exchange for dropping a protective order against a man on June 18, 2019, in East Kingston.
Angela Michelle Schwartz, 34, of Harmony Road in Northwood, on a felony possession of crack cocaine-subsequent charge on June 28, 2019, in Salem.
Raymond Shaw, 49, of Highway Y in Eldon, Missouri, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He's accused of brandishing a metal rod and threatening to kill another person on July 25, 2019, in Salem.
Paul Michael Smith, 35, of Summit Street in Framingham, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing items from Kohl's in Salem on Dec. 28, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft twice.
Jillian S. Spofford, 32, of East Broadway in Derry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of conducted more than $1,500 worth of fraudulently transactions and took money out of the register at Lowe's between June 8, and July 29, 2019, in Salem.
