ARRESTS: Man Goes Wild at Concord Hospital, Report Says
Plus, Hooksett woman charged with fraud and Concord woman reportedly harbors a runaway.
Thomas Aucoin, 48, of North Emperor Drive in Penacook, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on Aug. 27, on a disorderly conduct charge. Officers were sent to the Meadowbrook Apartment Complex on Fisherville Road for a report of a man “yelling and screaming” near the building entrance. Police allege that Aucoin was “extremely belligerent” and “highly intoxicated by alcohol.” They were able to identify him by his EBT card, according to the court affidavit. He was taken into custody later, refused bail, and was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
Bradley Allen Nameche, 26, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Aug. 27, on four counts of theft by deception, criminal trespass, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from Grover Street and Sandquist Street in June and July. Police allege he stole approximately 60 lbs. of brass flat stock, aluminum condenser coils, and aluminum copper tubing. Concord Police went to Loudon Road to arrest Nameche for the Pembroke Police.
Dylan Christopher Butler, 18, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 27, on an attempted theft by unauthorized taking from July 3, on Walnut Street. He was arrested on Thompson Street.

Thomas James Simpson, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 27, on a bench warrant. Police were sent to Loudon Road for a domestic dispute, a verbal argument, between a couple. The male half, Simpson, had left the scene because he had to go to work. However, he had an active warrant out of Concord District Court for an unpaid fine of $695. He was arrested later at work.
John Henry Welch, 53, of Victorian Lane in Concord, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on Aug. 27, on criminal mischief and criminal threatening charges. Officers were called to a report of “an out of control subject” that was destroying items inside a house he shared with his girlfriend. According to the woman, she and Welch had been dating for the last nine years and he had allegedly been verbally abusive for some time. She decided to go camping with her sister and Welch left numerous voicemail messages reportedly calling her names, smashing things in the home, and claiming to burn some items. Officers and a sergeant made their way into the house and found items strewn around the home as well as an oven, laptop, and picture frames that were smashed. Welch was arrested.

Thomas Michael Wayman, 31, of Kearsarge Road in Contoocook, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on Aug. 27, on a bench warrant for nonpayment of a fine on a driving after revocation or suspension charge out of Concord District Court on Aug. 12, $595 cash to settle. Wayman was arrested on Village Street in Penacook.
Justine Marie Belyea, 34, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Aug. 28, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and interference with custody of a child. Earlier in their shift, officers had been unable to find a missing girl. The mother gave officers several places to check for the girl, including a Warren Street address. Officers went to an apartment on Warren Street and made contact with Belyea who informed officers that the girl was in her home and had recently arrived to visit with her daughter. She reportedly stated that she didn’t know the girl was missing. Belyea, who just moved to Concord from Pittsfield, reportedly told police that she had not enrolled her children in school yet and told officers she had concerns for the missing girl who was constantly running away. Police were later told that Belyea had an active theft by unauthorized taking warrant from the Dollar Tree on May 23, and was arrested. The girl was returned to her mother. During processing on the warrant, police allege that Belyea changed her story of how the missing girl came to be at her apartment and the interference charge was added.
Michael Courchesne (pictured), 24, of Tower Circle in Concord, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Aug. 28, on a simple assault charge. An officer was called to the yellow pod at Concord Hospital for a report that Courchesne was allegedly “out of control” and had assaulted a staff member. In his room, he was allegedly pounding his fist on the glass window of the door and kicking the door. Courchesne had been medicated, according to staff, and police waited for the meds to kick in before arresting him. According to surveillance, Courchesne allegedly had to be restrained by seven staff members. He later slipped through his restraints and allegedly pushed a hospital security employee.
Brittany Lynn Wilcox, 24, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:16 p.m. on Aug. 28, on a bench warrant out of Franklin District Court for nonpayment of restitution on a receiving stolen property case, $351 cash to settle.
Gelando G. Olivieri, 39, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on Aug. 28, on two theft by deception charges from June 30, and July 12, from Walmart on Loudon Road.
Stefan Robert Ingerson, 26, of Spruce Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Aug. 28, on a bench warrant and dog a menace, nuisance, or vicious. The warrant was out of Concord District Court for nonpayment of fines and nonappearance in court, $521 cash to settle.
Michelle Iris Hollenshade, 42, of West River Road in Hooksett, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Aug. 28, and charged with theft of lost or mislaid property and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. The mislaid property charge stemmed from an incident at Friendly’s Restaurant on Loudon Road on July 31. The credit card charges occurred at CVS on Hall Street, the Shell on Loudon Road, and Shaw’s on D’Amante Drive.
