Badly Needed Rain On The Horizon For New Hampshire: Forecasters
The National Weather Service expects a soggy Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with up to 2 inches of rain and possible snowshowers Tuesday.

CONCORD, NH — Rain later this week and into the weekend should help alleviate some of the dry conditions in New Hampshire later this week and into next week, according to weather forecasters.
Rain moves into the state on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, along with wind that will be 5 to 10 mph. Gusts could be as high as 20 mph. At least a quarter to a half inch of rain is possible. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Showers will continue during Thursday evening, with temps dropping into the upper 30s and wind gusts reaching 25 mph.
The showers will continue into Friday and Friday night, with highs in the upper 40s and lows in the mid-30s. Wind gusts are expected to reach 20 mph.

There is a 40 percent chance of showers on Saturday, with temperatures in the upper 40s. During the overnight hours, more showers are expected. Temps again in the mid-30s. By the end of the storms, as much as 2 inches of rain is possible.
The sun is expected to return on Sunday, with temps in the upper 40s and lows in the lower 30s.

Similar weather is expected on Monday.
On Tuesday, though, more rain and even some snow showers are possible, according to forecasters.
Forecasters also said online the rain should not impact early holiday travelers.
