Bedford, Penacook Men Arrested in Salem

O'Brien, pictured, was charged with receiving stolen property and theft detective remover. Also arrested was David MacNeil for drugs.

SALEM, NH - Andrew O’Brien, 35, of Seabee Street in Bedford, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2015, for receiving stolen property (under $1,000) and theft detective remover. Also arrested was David MacNeil, 31, of Heartwood Lane in Penacook, who was charged with receiving stolen property (under $1,000) and possession of controlled drug (heroin/crack, less than 1 gram).

Police were sent Bed Bath and Beyond on South Broadway for a theft call. O’Brien and MacNeil were arrested. MacNeil was released on a summons.
