Boscawen, Stoughton MA Residents Busted With Drugs, Guns: NHSP
A multi-month investigation leads to the arrest of four in New Hampshire yesterday on crack cocaine, Oxycodone, and other charges.
CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police, Boscawen Police, and the Hillsborough County Drug Task Force made a number of arrests on July 12, 2017, after executing search warrants to a home in Boscawen, according to a report. Arrested were: Ernest Jones, 42, pictured right, of Boscawen, for felon in possession of a firearm, possession of crack cocaine, possession of Oxycodone, and an outstanding warrant by Concord Police for possession of opium or a derivative; Nancy Turner, 52, pictured lower right, of Boscawen, for sale of a controlled drug, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of Oxycodone; Tratasia Day, 24, pictured lower left, of Stoughton, MA, for possession of a controlled drug; and Mary-Ellen Matthews, 31, pictured lower center, of an unknown address, for sale of a controlled drug. The task force as well as the NHSP SWAT Unit and Narcotics and Investigations Unit issued search warrants against a home on Cornhill Road yesterday.

The warrants executed yesterday though were after a “multi-month narcotics investigation,” according to state police. Previously, according to witnesses and police, they issued warrants to others on the road in June.

During the search, state police allegedly found a number of rifles, Oxycodone, crack cocaine, and cash, according to a report.
After being arrested, Jones was held on $75,000 cash bail. He’s due to be arraigned today in Franklin District Court. Turner was held on $25,000 cash bail and is also due to be arraigned today in Franklin. Both Day and Matthews were released on personal recognizance bail.

Jones, according to a report on Patch, was arrested in Manchester in February on drug and reckless conduct charges after a Manchester hotel employee noticed that a child appeared to have been left unsupervised in one of the rooms. He was also April 2014, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and a bench warrant, after an officer on Loudon Road ran a plate on a Mercedes and found that Jones, had an active warrant out of Franklin District Court for nonpayment of fines on a DWI charge. A year later, in April 2015, he was arrested on North State Street for driving after revocation or suspension after allegedly speeding – 44 in a 30 zone. He lost his license in May 2014, according to police.
Back in December 2015, Matthews was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge after allegedly stealing items from a local store. She previously lived in Epsom, according to police.
Day, who is originally from Miami, FL, was arrested in Arlington, MA, in April 2013, for receiving a stolen motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, according to a post on Patch.
