Bow Woman Accused Of Tagging Storage Units With Graffiti
Chantelle Bartlett was arrested after being accused of spray-painting graffiti at U-Haul on Stickney Avenue in Concord earlier this year.

CONCORD, NH — A woman was arrested last month and held without bail after being accused of tagging a downtown business with graffiti in June. According to a court affidavit, an officer was sent to the U-Haul rental and storage facility on Stickney Avenue in Concord for a report of graffiti found at the business on June 20. The employee stated when he came into work that day, he noticed white spray paint on the door and side of one of the units.
The employee reviewed video surveillance and was able to capture footage of a suspect spray-painting graffiti at just before 1:30 a.m. The footage also showed a man and a woman were accessing a storage unit at the time.
The officer examined the graffiti and reported seeing it on the front door of a unit as well as the cement side of the building. She also watched the surveillance video and wrote in her report that a man was moving things out of a vehicle into the unit while a woman spray painting the passenger door of a vehicle with white paint. The video also showed the woman running around the building with the can of spray paint. Another shot from the surveillance showed the woman spray-painting the door of the unit, according to the affidavit.
