'Cheating' Photos on a Phone Lead to Fight at Hotel: Log

Concord Police: Teen arrested on another heroin charge, convicted thief allegedly caught again, Manchester man allegedly urinates in cell.

CONCORD, NH - [Name Removed], 43, of Saint-Leonard, QC, was arrested at 4:37 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Officers were called to the Courtyard by Marriott on Constitutional Avenue for a possession domestic incident in one of the rooms. When they arrived, they met with a couple that was arguing. The woman stated that [Name Removed] had allegedly been drinking heavily and fell asleep. She was using his phone and reportedly discovered photographs and messages that led her to believe he was cheating. She woke him up and an argument ensued, according to police. The woman went outside to smoke a cigarette and calm down and he followed, continued arguing, and allegedly grabbed her in the parking lot. She got into a vehicle and locked it and when he demanded that she get out, she did, and he allegedly grabbed her again. During the process, according to the report, her hair was pulled and she cut her lip. She also alleged that he took an earring from the entertainment center. [Name Removed] allegedly denied touching her and suggested to a second officer that he Google his name to see that he was not a bad person. When asked about the jewelry, he reportedly grabbed the trashcan and pulled out an earring from it. The officer reported that it was broken into pieces and he allegedly denied damaging it. [Name Removed] was later arrested and was arraigned the next day.

Kellie M. McLean, 24, of Catha Lane in Hingham, MA, received a summons at 7:08 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for a defective passenger side plate light. Her license was suspended on Jan. 9, 2016, for default court summons. McLean had a court date on Feb. 22.

Lance W. Boudreau, 29, of Elmwood Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Jan. 10, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on Jan. 2, 2016, on Elmwood Avenue. He was arrested on a warrant and arraigned the next day.

Steven Ironside, 61, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Jan. 9, 2016, for theft of lost or mislaid property at the Sam’s Club on Sheep Davis Road on Dec. 18, 2015. He was arrested on a warrant and had a court date on Feb. 22.

Megan L. Rockwell, 19, of Bremer Street in Manchester, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on Jan. 7, 2016, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs after a traffic stop on Pleasant Street outside of the McAuliffe Elementary School for a defective driver’s side headlight. While speaking with the driver, Rockwell, the officer allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. She reportedly denied smoking marijuana but then allegedly stated that a friend may have left a bowl in the center console. After allegedly handing over the glass smoking pipe to the officer, she was arrested. Rockwell is due in court on Feb. 29.

Nicholas C. Tanner, 31, of Pine Street in Manchester, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2015, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to Fiskill Farm Road along with Concord Fire and Rescue teams for a report of relatives being injured during a domestic. When they arrived, they spoke with Tanner who allegedly stated that he and the other relative were “just playing around.” He was allegedly slurring his words but denied drinking saying he was just home for the holidays, according to the report. However, the other relative stated that he didn’t know what had gotten into Tanner and he allegedly “just started attacking him” and punched him in the nose, causing it to bleed. He was treated and EMTs were cleared from the scene. Tanner was arrested but allegedly wouldn’t get into the cruiser but eventually did. He allegedly yelled and screamed throughout the transportation. During processing, he allegedly told the officer, “F--- you!” when being requested to fill out the booking questions. He was allegedly slamming the cell doors and began urinating in the cell, according to police. At this point, officers determined that he would be held and transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections. They went into the cell to cuff him again for transport and he allegedly refused to turn around to be cuffed and struggled with officers. “Nicolas was taken to the ground in the cell and we had to struggle with him while on the ground to get his hands into handcuffs,” the officer alleged. “At this point Nicolas refused to get to his feet and had to be picked up off the ground. I advised Nicolas that he would be charged with resisting arrest at this time.” He was held without bail and arraigned on Dec. 28, 2015.

Matthew E. Deangelis, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and felony possession of controlled drugs after being caught stealing more than $129 worth of items – lighters, boxers, neck ties, and pajamas – from the Walmart on Loudon Road. The loss prevention employee at the store alleged that Deangelis placed a number of items into Walmart shopping bags without paying for the items. He paid for a bag of Doritos and a Mountain Dew soda with a gift card that had allegedly just been given to him after he had returned some personal hygiene items, according to the employees. During a pat down, officers allegedly found him to be in possession six hypodermic needles, two metal spoons with residue, and a folded up piece of paper with a powder substance. They also allegedly found him in possession of two Walmart gift cards that were seized and “suspected evidence of theft,” according to the report. Deangelis was due to be arraigned on Feb. 1.

Mark A. Camire, 30, of Gorham Pond Road in Dunbarton, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 24, 2015, for simple assault after an alleged incident on Dec. 5, 2015, on South State Street. He turned himself in on a warrant and was arraigned on Feb. 1.

Jason S. Williams, 41, of Lake Shore Road in Gilford, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, based on two prior convictions, after allegedly stealing a DVD, two tablets, cologne, and a screwdriver, all valued at more than $348, from the Target on D’Amante Drive. When asked if he had paid for the items, Williams allegedly stated, “No, it was stupid of me.” Another officer realized that Williams was on parole for a previous drug charge and was arrested. He was previously convicted of receiving stolen property and theft in May and September 2010 in Laconia District Court, so the charge was elevated to a felony. Williams was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Taylor Barnes-MacDonald, 21 of West Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, for possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs after a traffic stop for not coming to a complete stop at West and Broadway and not stopping at a stop sign at West and South streets. When the driver, Barnes-MacDonald, rolled down the driver side window, the officer allegedly immediately smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. She allegedly admitted to have a baggie of marijuana in the car and pulled it out from underneath a compartment near the radio. She also allegedly handed the officer a glass smoking device and grinder. She agreed to a field sobriety test, passed the test, but was arrested on drug charges. She was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Alexis N. Regan, 19, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2015, and charged with felony possession of a controlled drug and criminal liability for the conduct of another. The drug charge was from an alleged incident on Oct. 7, 2015, at the Concord Police headquarters, after they seized a Toyota Corolla. The liability charge was based on an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road on May 19, 2015. She was arraigned on Dec. 28, 2015.
