Alleged Concord Drug Dealer in Court Next Month: Log
Police: Walmart cashier arrested for stealing cash from register and talking on a cellphone leads to driving charges against Bow woman.

CONCORD, NH - Melissa A. Monette, 23, pictured, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2016, was arrested on four felony counts of sale of controlled drugs. The charges stem from alleged drug transactions at Alton Woods on July 15, July 16, July 21, and July 22, 2015. Monette was arrested at an apartment in Alton Woods, and is due in court on March 14.

James Jones, 55, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Jan. 2, 2016, for felony habitual offender and speed after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road for speeding (46 mph in a 30 zone). A check of his license by dispatch yielded a suspended license for habitual offender from February 2006. Jones is due in court on Feb. 8.

Jason S. Williams, 41, of Lake Shore Road in Gilford, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2015, for violation of a protective order; penalty after an incident on Dec. 14, 2015. On Dec. 15, 2015, an officer met with a woman who alleged that Williams called and texted “numerous” times, according to a court affidavit, even though she had an active restraining order against him since Nov. 17, 2015. The officer listened to a voice mail message and then called the number, reportedly speaking to Williams. He allegedly admitted to making the call and knew the restraining order was still active, according to the court affidavit. He was arrested at Concord District Court and held without bail.
April A. Gardner, 27, of Liberty Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2015, for felony willful concealment involving $106.69 worth of items – a Barbie doll, sweatpants, a fleece, T-shirts, and other items – that were allegedly shoplifted from Walmart on Loudon Road. She was previously convicted of theft in Concord District Court in October 2011, and Merrimack Superior Court in September 2014, so the charge was elevated to a felony. She was arraigned on Jan. 25.

Krystal I. Small, 20, of Quail Ridge Road in Pittsfield, received a summons at 10:42 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. An officer was sent to Walmart on Loudon Road for a report of an employee – Small – allegedly stealing $280 during the last three months from her register. One of the employees alleged that she cancelled a fake transaction at the self-checkout, over-rode the system, and took $20 from the register. When confronted, she allegedly admitted to the theft. She was arraigned on Jan. 25.
Naomi Adams, 34, and Kelvin Cruz, 45, both of Central Street in Franklin, received summonses at 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 13, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after allegedly shoplifting items – Adams, $24.71, and Cruz, $31.21 – out of Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Amanda L. Morin, 28, of Bow Center Road in Bow, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension and use of mobile electronic devices while driving after being pulled over on Loudon Road for talking on her cellphone while driving. When asked for her license, she reportedly gave the officer an ID and later, allegedly admitted to having a suspended license. After being arrested, the officer found out that she was suspended for default court summons in November 2014 and was previously convicted of driving after revocation or suspension in June 2014 in Manchester District Court.
Michael A. Barnes, 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2015, for default or breach of bail conditions after police were sent to the Irving gas station on Loudon Road for a man in the bathroom for more than 30 minutes who was unresponsive. Police woke him up and he allegedly looked “disheveled and disorderly” with “crumbs all over the front of his shirt” and his pants partially down. The officer alleged that he smelled like alcohol and since he was out on bail after being previously arrested for criminal trespass at Toys R Us, he was arrested.
Michael S. Ridgeway, 45, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2015, for felony criminal liability for conduct of another involving theft incidents at the Regal Cinemas on Sept. 20, 2015. He was arrested at his home on South Spring Street and his probation officer was notified. He was arraigned on Jan. 4.
