A Cold Front Will Bring Scattered T-Storms To New Hampshire; Hail, Damaging Wind Possible

Forecast: The National Weather Service issued a "hazardous weather outlook" alert, warning of rounds of storms heading to the Granite State.

CONCORD, NH — While the balmy weather has been nice the past few days, that is about to change, as a cold front moves into northern New Hampshire.

The National Weather Service issued a “hazardous weather outlook” alert Thursday morning, warning of thunderstorms with hail, damaging wind, and possible flooding.

“Heat and humidity will increase today with heat indices into the low 90s,” the alert stated. “A slow-moving cold front will bring scattered thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. A few storms may become strong to severe, with damaging winds and hail possible with the strongest storms.”
