Concord Man Arrested On Drug And DWI Charges Again: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kathi Hutchinson, year of birth 1960, of Briar Bush Road in Canterbury, received a summons at 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2017, for unlawful or unsafe backing of a vehicle allegedly on North Main Street.

Peninah Twizere, year of birth 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Nov. 16, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord Gardens.

Tyler Root, year of birth 1988, of Northeast Village Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2017, for duty to inform; change of address.

Michael J. Guyette, year of birth 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested in the Fisherville Road area of the city.

Jeffrey J. Kablik, year of birth 1969, of Main Street in Chichester, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2017, on a warrant on a traffic violation. Also arrested was Debbie L. Gilmore, year of birth 1969, a homeless woman now located in Concord, for criminal trespass. They were arrested after alleged incidents on Garvins Falls Road.
