Concord Police Log: Mom Takes a DS Away So Son Allegedly Smashes Her Cell

Plus, man allegedly sexually assaults ex-girlfriend; Manchester man charged with theft after allegedly stealing tools from Sears.

John C. Holman, 18, of Hope Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on April 16, 2015, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge from April 12, 2015, on Dunklee Street involving property owned by the city of Concord. Holman is due in court on May 18.

Drew R. Bunker, 24, of West River Road in Manchester, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on April 14, for possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and driver’s license prohibitions. A check of a Ford Focus station wagon on South State Street by an officer showed that the driver, Bunker, reportedly had a suspended license from the week before for default court summons. The vehicle was pulled over at the intersection of South Main Street and Broadway and the officer confirmed the driver was Bunker. The officer allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and Bunker allegedly told another officer that he had some marijuana in the center console. He was arrested. During an inventory of the vehicle, police allegedly found a glass smoking device and a grinder. Bunker is due in court on May 18.

Diane Normand, 60, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on April 13, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. Officers were sent to Walmart on Loudon Road for a report of a shoplifter in custody. An employee at the store alleged that Normand had attempted to steal a basket full of items. She was arrested and also given a no trespass letter. Normand’s due in court on May 18.

Michael Foster, 52, of Chancellor Drive in Concord, was arrested at 7:25 a.m. on March 7, and charged with sexual assault, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal trespass. Officers were sent to an apartment on Fisherville Road for a domestic assault call. When they arrived, they spoke with a woman who alleged that Foster, her former boyfriend who had moved out two days before, had called and said he was coming over. He arrived around 6 p.m. and the two had some drinks and then, got into an argument. She requested that he leave but he allegedly refused. She went to bed around 9 p.m. while he sat on the couch and watched television. At around midnight, Foster allegedly came into her bedroom and “forced himself on her,” grabbed, and fondled her, while refusing to leave after she requested. The woman then punched him in the face and he left the room. She stated that Foster came into her room and attempted to have sex with her at 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. A witness reportedly heard her screaming and pushing him in the latter incident. Foster was arrested and held without bail.

Jessica Anne Foye, 27, of Vine Street in Nashua, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on March 6, on a possession of controlled drugs charge from Jan. 17, 2015.

Warren R. Picard, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on March 5, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge from March 2, 2015, at the New Hampshire Liquor Store on Storrs Street.

Robert Poore, 27, of Concord Street in Manchester, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on March 4, and charged with two counts of theft and resisting arrest or detention. According to a court affidavit, officers were sent to Sears on Loudon Road on Feb. 26, 2015, for a past tense theft. Employees alleged that a man had stolen two DeWalt Power Tool sets valued at about $400. They showed the officer video of the man grabbing the two kits and leaving through a door without paying for the items. On March 4, the employees called police because the man involved in the previous theft incident was reportedly back at the store. The officer went to speak with the man, later identified as Poore, and he allegedly attempted to walk by the officer. Poore allegedly stated that he didn’t have an ID and was told to sit down. He later allegedly got up and fled the area. The officer gave chase and tackled him just as he was able to get outside of the store. He was arrested and held without bail.

Michael Burke, 44, of School Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on April 12, on bench warrants. An officer saw Burke walking on Warren Street and requested a warrant check. Dispatch advised that he had two active warrants out of Concord District Court for nonappearance in court on two driving after suspension charges, with $1,000 cash bail. He was arrested and arraigned the next day.

Jeffrey J. Kablik, 45, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on March 3, on disorderly conduct and simple assault charges. Officers were sent to Thorndike Street at around 5 p.m. for a report of a woman who alleged that Kablik had threatened to kill her. They spoke to Kablik who denied the allegation. The officers reportedly warned him to leave the woman alone and cleared the scene. About two and half hours later, the officers were sent to the Dragon Star on South Main Street for a report of an intoxicated man on the ground. The man was gone though when police arrived. About 45 minutes later, another resident on Thorndike Street alleged that Kablik was threatening him after he let the woman who complained previously about the threat use his cellphone. The officer then visited Kablik who was allegedly intoxicated and had gotten sick on himself, according to the report.He was reportedly wearing the same clothes as the man who was passed out in the street. While questioning Kablik, he allegedly told the officer to “Go f--- yourself,” according to the report. Other officers began speaking with witnesses that alleged that Kablik had screamed “I will kill you” and “Keep away from my wife or I’ll ----ing kill you” to the other man. He was arrested and held without bail.

Jonathan R. Devereaux, 24, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on March 3, and charged with simple assault, two counts of criminal mischief, and domestic violence-simple assault. According to a court affidavit, on March 2, at around 5 p.m., officers were sent to Alice Drive for an unknown reason after a woman contacted a relative on Facebook and asked him to call police. When they arrived, the woman alleged that she was assaulted by Devereaux, who had since left the area on foot. The woman alleged that she heard someone in a bedroom and realized it was her son, Devereaux. He was reportedly asleep but had his sister’s DS game system near him. The woman picked up the game system and left the room. As she did, Devereaux allegedly woke up and verbally attacked her. “(She) stated she knew that Jonathan Devereaux was on something,” the officer alleged. “She was not sure if it was alcohol or drugs.” He allegedly continued yelling and later, punched a toy dollhouse, breaking off the roof of the toy. He then went to his room. Later, the woman texted a relative for help and Devereaux allegedly came out of a bedroom and started screaming again. He allegedly ran at her, grabbed her wrist, and attempted to pull the phone away from her. Devereaux allegedly threw the phone against the wall and left. About six hours later, officers were called back to the home and arrested Devereaux. He was held without bail and arraigned the next day.
