Concord Man Arrested For DWI In Penacook: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Bruce T. Keeler, year of birth 1973, of Jackson Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested on Village Street in Penacook.

Oscar Ndibanje, year of birth 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on Ferry Street.

Joshua J. Daniels, year of birth 1987, of Appleton Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident on Manchester Street near Carlson’s Motor Sales.

Timothy Murphy, year of birth 1960, of Humphrey Street in Concord, received a summons at 11:45 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for false inspection or registration sticker after a traffic stop on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena.

Patrick S. Walsh, year of birth 1959, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on Aug. 2, 2017, for resisting arrest as well as a possession of alcoholic beverages on public property charge outside of the clock tower on North Main Street. Police were sent to the area for a report of a man “screaming and acting strangely,” according to a court affidavit. The officer recognized Walsh from past encounters, alleged that he was intoxicated, and took him into protective custody. While doing so, Walsh allegedly became irate and began to struggle multiple times, while yelling, “F--- you!”

Michelle D. Balch, year of birth 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on Aug. 2, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief-vandalism. She was arrested after an alleged incident in the South Main/Hall Street area of the city.

Mariah K. Williams, year of birth 1998, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. on Aug. 2, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Chief’s Place on Village Street.

Anders V. Hanson, year of birth 1994, of Bow, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for falsifying physical evidence after an alleged incident on Mountain Road.

Vanessa A. Gangel, year of birth 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. on July 30, 2017, on two counts of criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident on Heartwood Lane.

Emily Mills, year of birth 1988, of Jasper Street in Beverly, MA, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on July 30, 2017, on three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card after an alleged incident at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Loudon Road.
