The officer met with both the probation officer and McKay. The probation officer stated that after McKay was asked to empty his pockets, he was found to have a Ziploc bag that contained 20 Gabapentin pills and was requesting that he be charged. McKay reportedly told the officer that the prescription was his – that he had been prescribed in the past – but didn't have the bottle or the prescription currently.
