Concord Man Arrested On Sexual Assault, Other Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jeffrey C. Kanter, year of birth 1989, of Pinehurst Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident on I-93 near Exit 15 and I-393.

Michelle M. Gunther, year of birth 1986, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Lance J. Leclair, year of birth 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2017, for sexual assault, domestic violence-sexual assault, indecent exposure and lewdness, assault on a police officer, domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of simple assault, criminal mischief-vandalism, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from an alleged incident in the Fisherville Road area of the city.

David W. Ross, year of birth 1973, of District Five Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2017, for tampering with witnesses and informants and default tor breach of bail conditions after an allege incident at Rossview Farm on District Five Road.

Jesse D. Padova, year of birth 1983, of Franklin Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Nov. 10, 2017, on a warrant on Jennings Drive.

Demarcus C. Clemons, year of birth 1984, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
