CONCORD, NH — Darcie Rae Hall, year of birth 1980, of Troy, was arrested at 6:58 a.m. on April 16, 2019, on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was arrested at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Nathan Chernis, year of birth 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 5:28 a.m. on April 13, on two simple assault charges and a domestic violence-simple assault charge after an incident in the state hospital area of the city and at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
