Concord Man Charged With Sexual Assault, Violation Of Privacy
After an 11-month investigation, John Wilkinson is accused of secretly recording girls in a bathroom on Hoit Road and assaulting a juvenile.

CONCORD, NH — A local man was arrested on Wednesday and held without bail on charges after being accused of sexual assault and violation of privacy. John Wilkinson, 59, of Concord, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on June 19, 2019, on a single sexual assault count and seven privacy counts, all misdemeanors. Police have been investigating Wilkinson since July 2018, according to Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigation division for the Concord Police Department, after a girl reported that she and others had been filmed inside of a bathroom at a local home.
"Concord Police responded to the address on Hoit Road and conducted interviews and gathered evidence that corroborated the victim's statement," Ford said. "A search warrant was executed and evidence, including digital storage media, was seized."
The digital media that seized was analyzed for several months which resulted in the "discovery of additional crimes," Ford stated.
