Carmody was charged by Merrimack with crimes related to their interaction with him,” Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of criminal investigations for the Concord Police Department, stated. “He was then turned over to CPD to be processed on an unrelated arrest warrant charging him with operating after suspension (Misd A) stemming from an incident in late July.”

Police are continuing to investigate the burglary and stolen vehicle investigation and are “coordination of information with other agencies” and they hope to have charges forthcoming, he noted.
