Weare, Salisbury Teens Arrested on Various Charges: Log
Police: Newport man charged with assaulting Concord cop, two from FL arrested on fraud charges, homeless woman found sleeping at playground.

CONCORD, NH — Jordan T. St. Amand, 19, of Hilbren Road in Weare, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on July 24, 2016, for disobeying an officer and resisting arrest or detention at the Chi Cha Hookah bar on Pleasant Street Extension.

John R. Phillips, 52, of Johnson Street in Belmont, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on July 24, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug and theft of lost or mislaid property. He was arrested on Manchester Street. The alleged theft incident occurred at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Frank H. Pickering, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on July 26, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
Kaitlin E. Cook, 27, of Manchester Street in Concord, received a summons at 3:40 p.m. on July 26, 2016, for theft after an alleged shoplifting incident at Hannaford on Ford Eddy Road.

Alexis St. Hilaire, 18, of Hensmith Road in Salisbury, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on July 26, 2016, on two counts of theft after alleged shoplifting incidents at Target on D’Amante Drive.
Jeffrey W. Connor, 50, of Province Road in Gilmanton, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on July 26, 2016, for sale of controlled drugs. The case involves an alleged incident at Marshalls on Storrs Street.
Brendan P. Carmody, 24, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. on July 26, 2016, on a bench warrant.
Ronaldo L. Towers, 31, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. on June 13, 2016, for felony duty to report for allegedly failing to register on May 25, as required by law. Towers is a Tier II Offender.
Aaron Raymond, 38, of Sunapee Street in Newport, was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on June 13, 2016, for simple assault and resisting arrest. He was arrested outside of Marshalls on Storrs Street after police were sent to a report of a man down near the railroad tracks. “In the area of Raymond was two empty silver beer cans and his backpack,” an officer stated in a court affidavit. “I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from his mouth and person. As were speaking with Raymond he was slurring his words and telling us that he is an applicant with the FBI.” While being taken in to protective custody, Raymond allegedly kicked an officer and was arrested, charged, and held.
Pryscilla C. Escarment, 22, of 25th NW 1st Avenue in Miami, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. on June 9, 2016, for identity fraud and attempt to commit theft by deception, both felonies, as well as receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card. Also arrested was Demario Q. Adams, 30, of NW 82nd Street in Miami, FL, for three counts of criminal liability for another, two of them felonies. Officers and a detective were sent to Santander Bank on West Street for a report of a fraud where the perps were still at the bank. The perps were alleged to have committed other acts in the area. Escarment was arrested after allegedly being found to be in possession f another woman’s license; Adams was arrested on South Street after police caught up with a blue Chrysler he was reportedly driving. A search warrant was issued of their room at the Quality Inn and “a large amount of evidence was recovered,” according to court affidavits.
