Concord Man Faces More Charges
Alleged Sexual Assaulter Shawn McGrath charged with burglary, two counts of felony drug dealing.

A Concord man who was allegedly involved in a brutal sexual assault and torture case in Manchester is facing more charges, according to Concord Police arrest reports.
Shawn M. McGrath, 42, of South State Street, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on July 27, 2015, and charged with burglary and two counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felonies.

According to two arrest reports, McGrath allegedly was involved in drug sales activity on April 10, 2015, on South Main Street in Concord, and April 16, on Route 3A in Bow. Police also suspect him of being involved in a burglary on Thorndike Street on March 26, 2015.
Officers went to the Valley Street Jail in Manchester to serve the warrants to McGrath. He was being held there on other charges. He was arraigned the next day.

McGrath was arrested in July after allegedly sexually assaulting a Manchester woman. According to police, the woman was beaten, tied to a chair, shot up with drugs, and then sexually assaulted. He was also arrested in April 2014, for driving while intoxicated and two counts of felony drug possession, according to a post on Concord NH Patch.
