Concord Police Log: Teen Allegedly Damages BMW at Walmart
Plus, man arrested for DWI allegedly drops pants during processing, man at The Friendly Kitchen reportedly threatens to slit man's throat.

Michael A. Patten, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on June 25, 2015, on a carry/sell weapons (switchblades, etc.) charge. While on patrol, a woman flagged down an officer to her know that there was a man passed out on South State Street near Thorndike. Officers were called to the scene and reportedly found Patten on his back and looked like he had fallen backwards. The officer couldn’t wake Patten up, at first, so Concord Fire and Rescue teams were called to the scene. An officer performed a sternum rub on him and he woke up, was reportedly disoriented, but later, able to sit up. Patten allegedly said he had a lot to drink, was unsteady on his feet, and swayed while he was standing. He was taken in protective custody but police allegedly found a knife with metallic knuckles on the handle in his backpack and he was arrested and held without bail.
Steven J. Reddy, 52, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested 9:30 a.m. on June 24, on a felony unlawful interference with fire apparatus from Dec. 1, 2014, on Fisherville Road. He’s due in court on July 27.
Cheyenne Wilson, 17, of Bradley Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:38 p.m. on June 23, for criminal mischief on April 26, 2015, at the Walmart on Loudon Road involving a BMW that was damaged or destroyed. She’s due in court on July 27.

Joshua Salem, 37, of Summer Street in Penacook was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on June 22, on a bench warrant. An officer stopped a man on a bicycle that was not displaying proper lights required at night. The man, Salem, had a bench warrant out of Concord District Court on a driving after revocation or suspension charge, $670 cash to settle, issued on Jan. 9. He was arrested and is due in court on July 14.
Tabitha J. Romano, 26, of Agnus Street in Manchester, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on June 21, for criminal mischief after a domestic incident on March 14, 2015, on Monroe Street. She’s due in court on July 27.

Erin S. Pumphret, 20, of Pinehurst Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on May 8, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to an apartment on Pinehurst Street for a welfare check on a possible past tense domestic assault victim. A witness reported that her neighbors had been in a heated argument earlier in the day. An officer spoke to a man who reported that he and Pumphret had reportedly been involved in an argument about the lack of time they were spending together. She allegedly accused him of taking her debit card, which he denied. Pumphret allegedly struck him multiple times, punched him in the eye, choked him, and scratched him in the back of his neck. He alleged that there had been a similar incident the day before. The officer noted the injuries. The officer went to speak to the witness who allegedly heard the couple yelling and that Pumphret allegedly stated that she would “kill him if he didn’t give her back her credit card.” Pumphret was put on a 12-hour domestic violence order. Another officer was able to reach her by phone and she later turned herself in to police.
Patrick S. Walsh, 55, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:14 a.m. on May 3, was arrested for criminal threatening and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony. Officers were sent to The Friendly Kitchen to investigate a criminal threat incident where a suspect known as Mountain Man allegedly threatened to “slit the throat” of a complainant. Walsh had been arrested a number of times for assault and resisting. A witness at The Friendly Kitchen alleged that Walsh had problems in the past. He allegedly called another table of patrons “a bunch of rats” and he was confronted about the comment. “Walsh then stood up and started to threaten to ‘crush’ them in an aggressive manner,” the witness alleged, adding that after being escorted out of the dining area, he turned and alleged stated, “I will slit your throat.” Walsh was not in the area but later, was found on Storrs Street under the Loudon Road Bridge. He was reportedly intoxicated and denied making the threats. During a pat down, an officer allegedly found an eight-inch folding knife in his shorts and he was arrested.
Richard Broider, 42, of Lower Ridge Road in Loudon, was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on May 1, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to a domestic on South Main Street for a man alleging that he was head-butted by his father, Broider, who reportedly fled the scene. Concord Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the scene to assist while officers spoke with the victim. The victim alleged that he, Broider, and his girlfriend were fighting about the victim “hooking up” with a girl. A 12-hour hold alert was put on Broider while an emergency domestic violence order was issued in the case. Broider was later stopped in Loudon and police went there to pick him up.
David Nimely, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on May 1, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police were called to North State Street for a report of a bike theft in progress near K Street. Police spoke to a witness who alleged that a black man he didn’t know took the bike. Another officer stopped another subject, Nimely, on Rumford Street, matching the description of the man who allegedly took the bike. The man didn’t have the bike but it was found abandoned on Hillcrest Avenue. Nimely was allegedly “initially evasive” when questioned but later, was arrested.
Paul E. Loukedes, 44, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on May 1, for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to a noise complaint at an apartment on South Street. When they arrived, no one answered the apartment door. However, officers heard a car engine starting up. The officer looked down at the street and saw the vehicle accelerate and then, stop. Officers ran down to make contact with the vehicle, which was one house down the street, parked, with the engine running and lights on. The officers approached the vehicle and the driver, Loukedes, allegedly gave off a strong order of alcohol. While speaking Loukedes, the report alleged that he “began to berate” the officer for “stopping him when he did nothing wrong.” The reporting officer alleged that he was slurring his words and his eyes were bloodshot and after discussing a possible field sobriety test, he was arrested. “What! Are you kidding me?,” Loukedes allegedly stated, refusing to get out of the vehicle. Police later pulled him out of the vehicle and pinned him to the ground in order to cuff him. At headquarters, Loukedes allegedly “began to thrust his body in a sexual gesture while chanting,” and “began to pull his pants down … until his buttocks was exposed.”
