Concord Police Log: Two Arrested for Shooting Up in Bank Parking Lot
Plus, speeders on Manchester Street clocked doing 78 and 56 mph, teen charged with felony ID fraud, and Canaan woman arrested for assault.

Kevin Smith, 49, of Garden Drive in Manchester, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on June 18, 2015, on a warrant out of Hillsborough Superior Court for failing to pay child support, $1,076 cash bail. He was arrested for driving on Broadway with no taillights.
Kirsten M. MacArthur, 36, of Tonga Drive in Bow, received a summons at 5:03 p.m. on June 17, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Old Turnpike Road for a brake light that wasn’t working. Her license expired on Jan. 2, 2015. She’s due in court on July 20.
Periell C. Alwyn, 25, of Route 4 in Canaan, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on June 15, on two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault from an incident at White Park in Concord around 8 p.m. on June 14, 2015. She was arrested by Canaan Police and brought to Concord. She’s due in court on July 20.

Shelby Odom, 22, of Knox Road in Bow, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on June 13, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from April 27, 2015, at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. She was arrested after a check of her vehicle while driving on South Fruit Street. She’s due in court on July 20.

Brianna Gunnison, 23, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on May 22, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from April 8, 2015, at the Irving on Fisherville Road. She’s due in court on July 7.
Jason J. McGill, 33, of Storrs Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on May 16, for felony habitual offender after a traffic stop for speeding (56 mph in a 30 zone) on Manchester Street. A check of his license yielded that he was a certified habitual offender and he was arrested. McGill is due in court on June 22.
Michael Crossfield, 24, of Bog Road in Concord, received a summons at 7:48 a.m. on May 12, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on North State Street for driving without a front plate.
Bryant T. Clark, 46, of Deerfield Road in Allenstown, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. on May 8, for speeding, suspended registration, and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop for speeding on Manchester Street (78 mph in a 30 zone). A check of his privileges revealed that he was suspended for a default.
Matthew Robie, 29, of Moses Avenue in Hill, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. on April 30, for felony possession of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Gary M. Edson, 38, of North Wilmot Road in Wilmot, for felony possession of controlled drugs. Officers and a sergeant were sent to the Citizens Bank on Loudon Road for a report of people shooting up heroin in the parking lot. One officer spoke to Robie, who was in an Audi A6, and he allegedly admitted that there was a needle in the car “that he had used to shoot heroin,” according to the officer. He reportedly stated the needle was not “loaded” and had been used around 8 a.m. Robie also allegedly admitted to having heroin in the car and the sergeant noted it was in “plain view in the center console” of the vehicle. Robie reportedly consented to a search of the vehicle and was arrested. Edson was in a Lincoln Continental and allegedly “scratching the side of his face and grunting” and began to nod off. An officer alleged that there was a syringe and small white pill in the front passenger side floor of the car. An officer went in to speak to a woman, the owner of the Lincoln and Edson’s girlfriend. She reportedly stated she did not know he was using drugs in the car and said, “Gary does not use drugs.” She was asked to consent to a search of the vehicle and stated she wanted to speak to Edson first. The officer escorted her out of the bank but while outside, “(she) was not allowed to speak to Mr. Edson as they were both being detained.” The sergeant asked for a consent search but she said she wasn’t comfortable with that and the vehicle was towed from the scene. Edson was later arrested and was out on bail from Plymouth District Court for acts prohibited.
Robert W. Glodgett, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on April 28, for default or breach of bail conditions. Police were called to assist Concord Fire with “an intoxicated and volatile subject” under the I-393 overpass. Glodgett was allegedly unsteady on his feet and swaying. Since he was out on bail and was not supposed to be drinking, he was arrested for breach and held.
James L. Doughty, 31, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on April 26, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued on April 21, for nonappearance in court on a operating without a valid license charge. He was arrested after being stopped for speeding (42 mph in a 30 zone) on Manchester Street.
Charles L. Foote, 49, of Redington Road in Concord, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on April 25, on two felony counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts of bail jumping, and a bench warrant. The bench warrant was out of Concord District Court from March 26, 2014, for nonappearance in court. The bail jumping incidents were from April 30, 2014, and the credit card charges from Dec. 14, 2013. He was arrested at home.
Derek A. Marshall, 42, of Lyndon Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on April 24, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court issued on Jan. 9, 2014, for DWI, nonpayment of fine, $695 cash to settle.
Michael J. Brun Jr., 18, of Lynwood Road in Raymond, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on April 24, for felony identity fraud and two bench warrants. The warrants were out of Hooksett District Court for nonappearance in court for credit card fraud. The identity fraud incident was from Jan. 2, 2014, at the Sunoco on Manchester Street.
Crystal Lader, 30, of Arch Street in Laconia, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on April 23, for driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof after a traffic stop on Hall Street for speeding (40 mph in a 30 zone). Lader lost her license in February 2010 out of Franklin District Court for DWI.
