According to police, while on North Main Street, an officer saw a Chevrolet Monte Carlo make a right turn onto I-393 from North Main and then, drift to the left touching the fog line and then drift back into the center dotted line. The vehicle then drifted back to the right again, touching the white fog line.
The officer stopped the vehicle near Exit 1 on I-393 and made contact with the driver, a woman, who identified herself as “Brooke Vossberg,” according to the report. There were also two male passengers in the vehicle. While checking on Vossberg with dispatch, another officer radioed that Tucci had allegedly been using the name Vossberg. Back up arrived and positively identified the driver as Tucci, according to the arrest report. Tucci allegedly stated that she was giving a false name because she had an active warrant – a nonappearance in court for a receiving stolen property charge out of Concord District Court, $5,000 cash bail.

The passengers – Locke and Maynard – were also checked and they had warrants, too. Locke had an active warrant out of Concord District Court for nonappearance in court; Maynard had an outstanding warrant out of the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear.
All three were arrested.
As Maynard exited the vehicle, the officer allegedly saw a glass tube with resident on it sitting between the passenger door and the front passenger seat. After Locke was taken into custody, an officer allegedly found a bag of crystals later identified as methamphetamine.
