UPDATE: Missing Person Found
Roman Reed Cornelius reportedly ran away from his caregiver in Penacook around 2 p.m. on July 7; police found him early this morning.

Update, 7:28 a.m. Cornelius has been found, according to police.

The Concord Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a local man who reportedly ran away from his caregiver in Penacook around 2 p.m. on July 7, 2015.

According to Lt. Joseph Wright of the Concord Police Department, officers were called to the wooded area at the end of Electric Avenue in Penacook for a report that Roman Reed Cornelius, 26, ran away.
“ It was reported that Cornelius may be a danger to himself as he made comments about disappearing into the woods and that he would not be found,” according to Wright. “ He was last seen heading toward the wooded area at the end of Electric Avenue.”

Concord Police searched the area with the assistance of a New Hampshire State Police K-9 unit and were not able to locate the subject.
The Concord Police are asking for assistance from the public in locating Cornelius. If seen notify the Concord Police Department at 603-225-8600.
Last month, he was arrested for receiving stolen property and a breach of bail charge after allegedly riding a stolen bike. Back in May, Cornelius was reportedly caught sleeping in the Kennedy Apartment Building and arrested.
