CONCORD, NH — Jefferson C. Kimball, year of birth 1992, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was picked up at 2:50 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2018, for a department assist at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue.

Antonio R. Bastos, year of birth 1987, of Millstream Lane in Concord, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2018, for driving while intoxicated on Storrs Street near the Legislative Parking Garage.
