Concord Police: Argument about chores and thrown knife leads to arrest, Pembroke woman charged with DWI, alleged Belmont forger arrested.

CONCORD, NH - Ann-Marie Smith, 49, of Cross Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on April 30, 2016, on two counts of driving while intoxicated.
An officer on Integra Drive saw a sedan parked in the parking lot of a business with its engine running. When he approached the vehicle, he reportedly saw a woman sleeping behind the wheel and vomit on the ground, according to the report. The officer woke the woman up and spoke with her. Smith reportedly stated that she had been after drinking in a downtown restaurant earlier but parked in the lot for about two hours because, “I didn’t feel I was safe to drive,” according to the report. After a field sobriety test, she was arrested. Smith is due in court on May 23.

Craig S. Laber, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on April 23, 2016, for possession of alcoholic beverages on public property after allegedly being seen drinking Natty Daddy beer on Storrs Street underneath the Loudon Road Bridge. Laber allegedly had a beer in his hand and poured it out when the officers approached. Two other men were at the scene surrounded by about 25 cans of Natural Light, according to the report. Laber is due in court on June 6.

Frank H. Pickering, 32, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on April 19, 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in court, $140 cash to settle. Police were sent to the Red Blazer for a report of a man “who appeared to be under the influence of something and was jumping into the street,” according to an arrest report. The man reportedly gave a name of “Josh Millville” but another officer recognized him as Pickering. A check yielded a warrant and he was arrested. Pickering is due in court on May 24.
Robert J. Harrison, 44, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. on March 27, 2016, on a warrant with $500 cash bail. Police were sent to Branch Turnpike for a report of a domestic. A woman stated that she and her boyfriend were only arguing, according to the report. A check found an active warrant and Harrison was arrested.
Joshua M. Roy, 25, of Allison Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on March 26, 2016, for criminal mischief and a bench warrant. Police were sent to the home for a possible domestic disturbance with a man possibly picking up a knife, according to the report. The officers met with the man, ran a check on him, and found he had a warrant out of Concord District Court for controlled drug acts prohibited issued in December 2015. “As I was speaking with Roy, he told me that he was arguing with his wife regarding chores and he threw a kitchen knife through the kitchen window and it landed outside of the house,” according to the report. “I observed the kitchen window to be broken. There is hole in the window the approximate size of a kitchen knife.” He was arrested and had a court date on March 28.
Tonya M. Eden, 46, of Pleasant Valley in Belmont, was arrested at 3:04 p.m. on March 14, 2016, on two counts of forgery, one a felony, two counts of theft by deception, and two counts of receiving stolen property, from alleged incidents at the Service Credit Union at Walmart on Loudon Road in October 2015. She had a court date on April 25.
Devan W. Bousquet, 19, of Lady Bug Lane in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on March 13, 2016, for conduct after an accident from Feb. 22, 2016, at the Broken Ground Elementary School on South Curtisville Road. He had a court date on April l18.
Crystal Johnson, 23, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on March 12, 2016, on three bench warrants, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for driving with high beams on. When asked for her license, Johnson reportedly said she didn’t have it. She also allegedly gave them name “Crystal Colombo” to the officer and couldn’t remember her Social Security number, according to a court affidavit, but dispatch couldn’t find any information on the woman. After some back and forth, Johnson allegedly stated, “My mom told me to give police a different name.” Johnson’s license was suspended on March 4, 2016, on a default court summons and had active warrants that all had cash bail so she was arrested and held.
Brittney L. McAllister, 31, pictured, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, and charged with domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault. Officers were sent to the area near the Hood Plant on North State Street for a report of an assault. They met with a man who alleged that McAllister had assaulted him. The officer saw redness to his face and EMTs also eyed the injury, according to the report. The man reported he broke up with McAllister, who had been living with him in Chichester, and was bringing her stuff back to her and was going to drop them off on her porch. “As he was bringing her bag of clothes to the porch, she came out and assaulted him,” according to the officer. “(The victim) said that she punched, slapped, and tried to grab a hold of his face.” The victim admitted to pushing her away in an attempted to get away from her so he could leave, according to the report. The officer spoke to McAllister and she allegedly stated that they had broken up a few days ago. She looked out the window and saw his truck, according to the report. “She told me that she was attempting to talk with him as he was bringing the bags of clothes to the porch,” according to the report. She then reportedly “was getting anxious” about the clothes and that they weren’t on hangers, according to the report. “McAllister told me that she did get him in a headlock and they did fight,” the officer alleged. She was later arrested and was arraigned the next day.
