Concord Takes 3; Milford-Windham Tie At Quad: New Hampshire Weekend Wrestling Results
Bedford, Bow, Salem win; Portsmouth, Souhegan place 5th at Plymouth tourney; Londonderry wins in CT; Manchester, Merrimack, Nashua results.
CONCORD, NH — The Crimson Tide varsity wrestling team is now 19-1 after sweeping three teams at the Windham Quad on Saturday.
The wins, however, were not easy.
Concord was evenly matched with Bow during their first bouts of the day, trading back-and-forth wins. The Tide came out on top in the end, 45 to 35.

After beating Bow, an even tighter meet ensued with Milford. For most of the bouts, the Spartans were in the lead. But the Tide clawed back. It was down to the last bout, with Concord behind 34 to 31. Biswas Darjee in the 106-weight category pulled out a pin for 6 points to grasp victory from the Spartans.

Concord then went on to beat Windham, 51 to 27. Darjee, Griffin Norwalt, Hunter Richard, Levi Madison, and Wayne Gutierrez Sakakeeny won by falls while Dominick Hubbard won by a decision in the 113-weight category. Dylan Suliveras won by decision, while Con Isaac won by fall for Windham. Concord also won two matches by forfeit, while Windham won one.

Milford and Windham tied in their varsity matches, 39-39. For the Jaguars, Zoe Millette, Liam McGrail, Suliveras, Rocco Ponzini, Isaac, and Ryan Dogherty all won by pins. Also winning by decision was Slayde Watson. Kiernan Lordan, Cameron Stickney, Kyle Lajoie, and Nathanael Post won by falls for Milford. Evan O’Connell also won a decision for Milford. Haverhill Duals
At the Haverhill Duals on Saturday, Merrimack lost to Andover, Excel Academy, Lincoln Sudbury, and Weymouth.
Tomahawks winning bouts included Mitchell Krupp, Connor Sayball, Carter Anderson, and Landon Shultz.
Salem, however, beat Arlington, Andover, and Weymouth at the Haverhill Duals.
Blue Devils winning bouts included Maddox Boudreau, Dominic Murphy, Brody McDonald, Spencer Buscema, Evan Lynch, Talen Walton, Caleb O’Rourke, Cameron Monahan, Jonathan Belkus, Kevin Todisco, Daniel Hughes, and James Nelson.
Scores for the match with Haverhill were not available at post time.
Manchester, Salem Wrestle In Pelham
Central, Memorial, and West, along with Pelham, Salem, Spaulding, and Trinity wrestlers all competed at a Super Quad in Pelham on Saturday.
Limited scores were available at post time.
Spaulding bested Central, 72 to 6, mostly due to 10 forfeits. Alan De Leon of Central won his match in the 157-weight category. View the full results here.

Plymouth Invite Features 9 Schools
Nine schools duked it out at the Plymouth Regional invite on Saturday — including Campbell, Dover, John Stark Regional, Lebanon, Portsmouth, Prospect Mountain Regional, Raymond, St. Thomas Aquinas, and Stevens.
Portsmouth and Souhegan Regional tied fifth with 119 points. For Portsmouth, Carter Kuhn, Andrew Nilly, Logan Chasse, Michael Shortill, Jin Schmitt, Eliv Myles, Cullen Dennett, Kennedy Hammond, Zachery Lavalley, Elijah Josey, Mason Foster, Khamis Elsaid, and Mike Sherburne all won matches. For Souhegan, Ben Smiley, Logan Brown, Austin Silk, Owen Foley, Chase Knuckles, Isabelle Brandt, Christian Knuckles, Noah Denis, Alex Sarfde, Micah Dibble, Gabe Holt, Sean Reardon, and Axel Gray all won matches. Alvirne Hosts Quad In Hudson
Bedford, Bishop Guertin, Pinkterton, and Alvirne also competed on Saturday.
Bedford fell to Pinkerton, 44 to 36. Bulldogs winning bouts included Alex Jennings, Nathan Pass, Kiaben Kennedy, Seth Hastey, and Robert Craig all won for Bedford. Pinkerton won five matches by forfeit, while Bedford won one. View the full results here.

Nashua, Others Wrestle At Quad
Exeter, Goffstown, Hollis-Brookline, Nashua North, and Timberlane Regional all wrestled on Saturday, but limited scores were available at post time.
Timberlane beat Goffstown 66 to 9, Hollis-Brookline 61 to 17, and North 64 to 11. In the North meet, Gavin Page, Trevor Rivard, and Steve Rosario all won for Nashua.
Lancers In Connecticut
Londonderry won one, tied one, and lost two in the New Fairfield Duals in Connecticut.
The Lancers tied with Branford, CT, 42 to 42, and beat Nonnewaug, CT, 45 to 34.
