Concord Teen Allegedly Assaults a Relative: Log

CONCORD, NH – Beth A. Wheeler, 39, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on June 28, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and a bench warrant. She was arrested on North State Street.

Daniel W. Emery, 43, of King Road in Chichester, was arrested at 2 p.m. on June 28, 2016, on a simple assault charge. He was arrested

Jon P. Knowles, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on June 28, 2016, for simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct after an incident on Fayette Street. EMTs and police were sent to South Main Street for a report of a shirtless man, without any shoes, passed out on the ground. When the officer arrived, the man, Knowles, woke up and wanted to leave. The officer suggested that he stay and be cleared by fire first. During this process, Knowles reportedly blew a 0.193 BrAC test and officers decided to take him into protective custody due to his alleged intoxication but he reportedly resisted and also assaulted allegedly an officer during the brief struggle. He was arrested and held.

Emily K. Scheer, 20, of Bishops Gate in Concord, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on June 28, 2016, for driver’s license prohibitions after a traffic stop Pleasant Street.

Lacey F. Lane, 25, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on June 28, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Jesse E. Pickard Jr., 38, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 10 p.m. on June 28, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested at home.

Donald R. Wilkins, 36, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on June 29, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on East Side Drive.

Daniel J. LeBlanc, 35, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on June 29, 2016, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, two counts of possession of drugs, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested on Manchester Street outside of the Lovering Volvo.

Jason F. Bateman, 35, of Centennial Drive in Webster, was arrested at 8 a.m. on June 19, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and two counts of criminal mischief. He was arrested after an incident on Summer Street in Penacook earlier in the morning and turned himself in on a warrant.

Isaac Habimana, 18, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:09 p.m. on June 18, 2016, for simple assault. He allegedly assaulted a relative on East Side Drive.
