Concord Woman Arrested On 3 Child Endangerment Charges: Cop Log

Allenstown man charged with assault; woman faces theft charge; man after assault incident accused of telling cops, "Just take me to jail."

CONCORD, NH — Kaylee A. Barker, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2019, on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from an incident at Families In Transition housing on Market Lane in Concord.

Patrick Isaac O'Mara, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 13, on a simple assault charge after an incident on Manchester Street.

Sarah M. Bouvier, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on Sept. 12, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested at police headquarters.

Jonathan H. Leblanc, born 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Sept. 12, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a stop on Sheep Davis Road.

Bruce E. Goodwin, born 1961, of Concord, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Sept. 11, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. Police were sent to Tremont Street to investigate an assault incident, according to an affidavit. A woman alleged that she was having a fight with a man and attempted to get her pocketbook to leave the residence. The man, Goodwin, was accused of going "after her," pulling a sweatshirt over her head, and holding her, which had a suffocating effect. The officers then spoke with Goodwin. "Just take me to jail," he's accused of saying several times, according to the affidavit, adding that he "didn't f---ing care." After speaking with a witness, who confirmed hearing the woman complain about being hurt, Goodwin was arrested and held.

Robin L. Tripp, born 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 12:50 a.m. on Sept. 9, for display false inspection sticker/registration sticker at the Concord Car Care on North Main Street.

Kyle M. O'Donnell, born 1979, of Allenstown, was arrested on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges on Storrs Street at 6:14 p.m. on Sept. 7.

Heather E. Roberge, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. on Sept. 5, on a bench warrant on Lake Street.

Shanon A. Walsh, born 1988, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:39 p.m. on Sept. 4, on a criminal mischief charge on Iron Works Road.
