Concord Woman Arrested on Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ingrid V. Cullen, year of birth 1991, of Church Street in Hillsborough, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on April 28, 2017, for suspended registration and operating without a valid license. She was charged after a traffic stop on Clinton Street.

James E. Kelly Jr., YOB 1984, of Depot Road in Tamworth, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on April 28, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at the Concord Coach bus deport on Stickney Avenue.

Lori-Ann Fields, YOB 1959, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on April 27, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Warren Street.

Samuel J. Piper, YOB 1993, of Cricket Lane in Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on April 27, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested in Building C on Portsmouth Street. Later, at police headquarters, he was charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs and two counts of possession of drugs.

Carol J. Dussault, YOB 1972, of South Barnstead Road in Center Barnstead, received a summons at 11:45 p.m. on April 27, 2017, for operating without a valid license on North Main Street.

Christina L. Goodman, YOB 1981, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. on April 26, 2017, for theft by deception and receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at Cash for Gold on Manchester Street.

Michael R. Tucker, YOB 1969, of Concord Street in Concord, received a summons at 6:33 p.m. on April 24, 2017, for operating without a valid license on South Main Street.

Joyce Chance, YOB 1985, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. on April 24, 2017, on two counts of second-degree assault after an alleged incident in an apartment on Loudon Road.
