Concord Woman Arrested Twice in Four Days
Londonderry Police arrested Angela Lucier on warrants in that community last week.

CONCORD, NH — A local woman was arrested on warrants twice last week in Londonderry, according to press reports. Angela C. Lucier, 30, of Eastern Avenue in Concord, at 1:19 a.m. on July 23, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Kendall Pond Road.

Lucier was arrested again at 7:56 p.m. on Aug. 27, on a warrant, along with Emile J. Tremblay, 64, for driving after revocation or suspension and two bench warrants. They were arrested after police received reports about drug offenses on Rockingham Road.

Lucier, according to Patch reports, is no stranger to police.
Back in February, Lucier, who previously lived in Manchester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Manchester District Court for failure to appear. She was held on $1,000 cash bail.

She was arrested last November 2015 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. She’s alleged to have stolen two lighters. However, since she was convicted of shoplifting in August 2006 in Concord District Court and felony theft by unauthorized taking in Merrimack District Court in January 2008, the charge was elevated to a felony.
In May 2014, she was arrested by the New Hampshire State Police on a possession of a controlled drug on I-93 in Bow.
