Concord Police: Danbury teen in more trouble and Woman allegedly throws phone at an elderly woman, pulls her hair.

CONCORD, NH - Kathleen Gale, 41, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 29, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs (marijuana) from an alleged incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street on June 22, 2015, involving a smoking device while police were looking to arrest Mark Kibbe on an active warrant, according to a court affidavit. According to the report, she allegedly stated that the pipe was Kibbe’s. However, in September 2015, he allegedly denied that the pipe was his and reportedly stated it was Gale’s. Last month, Gale was at the police station for another matter when the officer found out she had an active warrant and arrested Gale. She refused bail and was arraigned on March 1.

Patrick Gasore, 19, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons on Feb. 28, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol after officers were sent to the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road at around 4 p.m. for a report of an intoxicated individual in the parking lot. Gasore was allegedly slurring his speech and stated, “I had too many beers,” according to the report. He was taken to the hospital where he allegedly almost fell off a table. Gasore was given a summons and is due in court on April 4.

Steven M. Rowell, 18, of Route 4 in Danbury, received a summons on Feb. 27, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions from Jan. 27, 2016, on a harassment charge out of Milford. He was arrested by New Hampshire State Police and was given to Concord to process. He’s due in court on April 11.

Angela C. Lucier, 30, of Eastern Avenue in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 26, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Manchester District Court for failure to appear. She was held on $1,000 cash bail.
Joseph P. Sallese, 35, of Foster Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2016, for criminal mischief on Brodeur Street for allegedly knocking a dish rack and fish tank onto a kitchen floor after a domestic incident around 7 p.m. at the home.
Everett T. Henderson, 58, of Lower Bay Road in Sanborton, was arrested on Feb. 9, 2016, for two counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and transportation of alcohol/open container. At just before 6 a.m., police were tipped off about a driver swerving through lanes and almost striking other cars on the southbound side of I-93. The first officer reported slick roads and attempted to catch up to the vehicle – and did – at Exit 12S. When speaking with Henderson, the officer alleged that his eyes were red and he smelled like alcohol. Repeatedly, Henderson allegedly stated to the officer that he was just a few minutes away from work and didn’t have far to go, according to the report. He allegedly had difficulty getting out his license and after a field sobriety test, was arrested.
Vickie D. Parent, 43, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 3, 2016, for false report to law enforcement from an alleged incident on Dec. 3, 2015, at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road. She’s due in court on March 14.
Dylan A. Simms, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2016, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. Police were sent to Centre Street for a report of a man who had left a home “highly intoxicated” and making threats. Officers scoured the area but were unable to find the man – Simms – but found out that he was arrested earlier on a warrant and had specific bail conditions to stay sober, according to a court affidavit. While speaking with a witness, she received a text message that Simms was at Kimball Park on North State Street. Officers went to the park, found Simms, alleged that he smelled like alcohol, and arrested him. Simms allegedly told the officer that three homeless men threatened him with a knife and ordered him to drink with them and be “part of their crew,” so he had some beers with them, according to the arrest report. He was held without bail.
Blaze A. Gebo, 28, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2016, for a felony warrant for violation of a court order on an original charge of burglary, no bail, and a bench warrant theft by unauthorized taking, $1,000 cash bail. An officer was tipped off that Gebo was walking on Green Street and had active warrants, so he went to find him. He was stopped near Blake Street and arrested. Gebo allegedly possessed a spoon and empty hypodermic needles, according to the arrest report. He was later transported to Tilton to be transferred to a Belknap County Sheriff.
April K. Barter, 28, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to East Side Drive for a report of a domestic disturbance. Barter reportedly answered the door and was “very defensive and appeared very agitated,” according to an arrest report, and went to her bedroom. Another woman, who was elderly, alleged that Barter had thrown a phone at her and pulled her hair, according to the report. The officers returned to speak to Barter and she was arrested. She allegedly resisted and was held down on a bed by three officers until they could cuff her, according to the report. Barter allegedly “continued kicking and pulling her arms” from the officers and was held down for “several minutes” until she calmed down, according to the report. Barter is due in court on March 14.
