“Duby is wanted for failing to appear in court on an underlying charge of failure to register as a sex offender/duty to inform,” Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White said in a statement. “Duby is required to register as a sex offender as a result of a 1995 conviction of aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under the age of 13.”
