Convicted Sexual Assaulter Wanted On Parole Violation By New Hampshire Department Of Corrections

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in finding a convicted rapist and drug dealer who is wanted on a probation violation.

Randy Alfonso Arias-Aquino is 30, Black, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs around 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. The parole warrant against him was issued on Jan. 22.

Arias-Aquino was released on parole in April 2025 after being convicted on aggravated felonious sexual assault charges.

While he previously lived in Nashua, he was last known to be residing in the Manchester area.

According to superior court records and a post on Nashua NH Patch, Arias-Aquino was arrested on multiple aggravated felonious sexual assault charges after incidents in December 2014.

The case involved allegations of no consent and a disabled victim. He was formally charged in February 2015. About 13 months later, Arias-Aquino pleaded guilty to four charges. He received two four-to-12-year and two six-to-12-year prison sentences, with 413 days of time-served credit. The two six-to-12-year sentences were suspended for 10 years upon release or for 12 years. The other charges were nolle prossed.

Arias-Aquino was arrested on attempted drug sale, possession of less than 5 pounds of marijuana, less than 1 pound of hashish, and driving after revocation or suspension charges in January 2021 in Nashua. About six months later, he pleaded guilty to the drug sale charge and received a 12-month jail sentence with 168 days of time served credit and a $620 fine, which was suspended for a year.
