Convicted Thief In Nashua Now Faces Felony Theft Charge
Erick Anderson, with no fixed address, was arrested Wednesday after police tracked him down and accused him of an incident in April.

NASHUA, NH — A homeless man in the Gate City, who has been previously convicted on theft charges, is facing a new one, according to police. Back in early April, Nashua police were sent to the Sears on the Daniel Webster Highway for a report of a theft. After investigating the incident, police identified Erick Anderson, 42, a man with "no fixed address" in the area, as a suspect, according to Lt. Daniel Mederos of the criminal investigation division of the Nashua Police Department.
"Anderson’s criminal record revealed that he had two or more prior theft-related convictions which upgraded this offense to a Class B felony," he said. "An arrest warrant was obtained for Anderson."
Anderson was arrested Wednesday and charged with a single felony theft count. If convicted, he faces up to seven years plus fines.
