CONCORD, NH — Concord police and fire and rescue teams were kept busy in the capital city this weekend, responding to a number of calls.
Police and firefighters were sent to the area of 125 Loudon Road for a report of a two-vehicle crash on Saturday around 2 p.m. Later, it was determined to be a single-vehicle crash, a pickup truck, into a utility pole.
Police and EMTs noted the driver was having a medical issue before the crash. The pole seemed to have limited damage but Unitil was called anyway to check it. The driver refused transport and said he would get to the emergency room on his own, according to scanner chatter. The truck was towed from the area later.
