CRIME LOG: Mayhem Model Arrested for Assault, Resisting, Drug Possession

Plus, Manchester, Weare men arrested for DWI.

Jeffrey J. Lucier, 25, of White Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on June 19, on a disorderly conduct charge. An officer was parked at the Medicine Store and Wellness Shop on South Main Street and heard a long bang come from the area of St. John the Evangelist Church. The officer reported seeing a man, later identified as Lucier, allegedly “making loud noises and yelling.” The officer went over to him and he reportedly began to walk away from the scene. He was eventually stopped at Laurel and South State streets and taken into custody. Lucier allegedly was intoxicated and couldn’t stand still. The officer spoke to Lucier’s brother later who said the two had gotten into an argument and he went to smoke a cigarette. Lucier was arraigned on July 14.

Curtis Ayer, 25, of Centre Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on June 19, on warrants. An officer was sent to the Hess gas station on North Main Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle and learned that one of the people involved, Ayer, had an active warrant from both the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and the Manchester Police Department. He was arrested and later, released to a sheriff.

Joseph Gilman, 23, of Huntington Hill Road in Weare, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on June 19, on a driving while intoxicated charge. While on Loudon Road an officer saw a Ford Ranger without its headlights on. The officer stopped the vehicle and it stopped in the middle of the road. The driver, Gilman, allegedly stated that he knew his lights were off but just didn’t turn them on. The officer asked him why he didn’t pulled over to the side of the road and Gilman allegedly stated that he had pulled over. The officer said he found Gilman’s responses to questions to be “odd,” and asked him to perform some field sobriety tests and he was arrested. He had a court date on July 7.

Steven Archambault, 26, of Storrs Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on June 20, on a warrant. An officer was sent to the Meninno Place Apartments on Storrs Street for an unwanted guest. A woman in the apartment stated that she kicked Archambault out of the apartment and wanted him to leave. Archambault allegedly gave the officer a wrong name but later, fessed up to what his real name was. A warrant out of Sixth Circuit Court Family Division in Franklin came up for nonpayment of child support from June 10, and he was arrested. A Merrimack County Sheriff’s Deputy came later to pick him up.

James Chris Thyne, 20, of Cotuit Street in North Andover, received a summons at 2 a.m. on June 20, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and failure to turn on lights when required. A sergeant stopped a vehicle after it left the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street and was driving without the vehicle’s headlights illuminated. A check of the driver’s, Thyne, license show that it was suspended on June 2. The registrations were suspended on April 12. Thyne reportedly explained that he was installing security at a local store and stopped at the store to get fuel before going home. “Thyne was unaware that his license or registrations had been suspended, and was cooperative throughout our contact,” the officer wrote. He was arraigned on July 21.

Roger Paul Duhaime Jr., 28, of Beacon Street in Concord, was arrested at 3 a.m. on June 20, on two simple assault charges. Officers were called to Beacon Street for a domestic with the caller alleging that her boyfriend beat her up, threw glass at her, and attempted to choke her. The man, Duhaime, had since left the residence with his daughters, according to the report. The officers calmed the woman down and she stated that the two had been arguing about money all day. The two agreed to separate and later, she rode her bike to Penuches to get a drink and found him there. The two argued again and he went home. She returned home later, around 1:30 a.m., and was unable to get into the bedroom since the door was locked. The two then began arguing about an air conditioner and Duhaime allegedly pushed her out of bed and she scraped her knee. He then alleged grabbed her arms and pushed her out of the bedroom into the hallway and allegedly grabbed her around the head and neck. She broke free and he allegedly threw a glass object at her. Duhaime arrived back at the home while she was being checked by Concord Fire and Rescue teams. Duhaime allegedly stated that the woman rolled on top of him to unplug the air conditioner and ignored him when he told her not to. Duhaime allegedly pushed her off him and she fell out of bed. Duhaime alleged that she became physical with him – scratching him – and he had to restrain her. He reportedly stated that he threw the glass against the wall, not at her. Duhaime was arrested and had a court date on July 14.

Derek Michael Deline, 32, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. on June 20, on two bench warrants. An officer was sent to Village Street for a report of a fight between two women with one leaving before the officer arrived. The officer went up to speak to witnesses and talked with Deline who stated there was no physical contact during the fight. The officer cleared the scene but later, learned that Deline had active warrants from Concord District Court on June 19, for a violation of bail, and Goffstown District Court on June 5, for nonappearance in court on an operating without a valid license charge. He was held without bail and arraigned on June 23.

Shelby E. Weston, 48, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on June 20, on a bench warrant. Weston was taken into custody outside of the Friendly’s Restaurant. The warrant was for criminal trespass out of Concord District Court on June 19, with $500 cash bail. He was arrested and arraigned on June 23.

Dreena DiMaggio, 21, of Hane Road in Mashpee, MA, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on June 20, and charged with simple assault, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, and resisting arrest or detention. Officers were sent to the Steeplegate Mall for a domestic involving a man who was assaulted by a woman. The man, who was with a mall cop, alleged that while at Bike Week in Laconia, he and his new girlfriend, DiMaggio, were arguing the entire day. He wanted to stay in the car while she worked during the festivities. The fighting continued on the ride back to Heritage Harley-Davidson where her camper was and during part of the argument, she reportedly lost control of the vehicle, swerved, and ran across the curb in the mall parking lot. DiMaggio then allegedly began throwing his belongings out of the car and demanded he get out of the car. When he refused, she allegedly struck him in the face. The officer saw the items strewn all over the parking lot and redness on the man’s face. Another officer located DiMaggio at the dealership and she reportedly stated that her boyfriend was jealous because she was talking to men at Bike Week as part of her job as a Mayhem Model. She said the two had been dating a few weeks. DiMaggio was arrested on the simple assault charge and allegedly became “extremely vocal and agitated.” When asked to walk to the cruiser twice, she allegedly refused and dropped her weight and began jumping towards her camper. She allegedly wouldn’t stop resisting and the officer had to carry her to the cruiser. “Once at the rear of my cruiser she continued to struggle against me,” the officer alleged. “I pushed her against the trunk of my cruiser and held her there until she calmed down.” During a search of inventory, police allegedly found a pill the same “shape and color as amphetamine and dextroamphetamine.” She allegedly denied that the pill was hers. She was arraigned on July 28.

Benjamin M. Berry, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on June 20, on a bench warrant. An office was sent to the L.L. Bean store on Fort Eddy Road for a report of a fight. While there, the officer made contact with Berry and found he had an active warrant from June 19, with $500 cash bail. He was arrested, held, and arraigned on June 23.

Luke Jonathan Kendall, 54, of Misty Oak Drive in Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on June 20, on a duty to report charge. He was arraigned on July 28.

David Lescadre, 50, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. on June 20, on a driving while intoxicated charge and transportation of alcohol/open container. Police were told about a possible vehicle traveling into the city from Route 106 that might be driving erratically and swerving all over the road. The officer caught up with the vehicle on I-393 and reported that it was driving between 35 and 58 mph and crossing over the white fog lines. The officer initiated a traffic stop by the Buick Lesabre kept driving for about a mile until it stopped. The officer asked where he was coming from and Lescadre said work in Laconia. He agreed to field sobriety tests and was arrested. Allegedly inside the vehicle was an open container of Bud Light Beer. He was arraigned on July 7.
