CRIME LOG: Woman Allegedly Throws Coffee in Fiancee's Face
Plus, police arrest two for felony organized retail crime enterprise, and a catfight is broken up at Concord Ortho.

Markus-Michael Anthony Sanders Jr., 19, of Village Street in Penacook, received a summons at 1:37 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2014, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Officers were sent to an apartment on Village Street for a verbal argument between a woman and Sanders. The woman stated he was no longer welcome in the home due to his reported drinking. The officers caught up with him taking a walk and alleged that he smelled like alcohol. He was given a summons and had a court date on Sept. 22.
Stephanie O’Brien, 35, of NE Village Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on Aug. 21, on a simple assault charge. Officers were called to a domestic with a man alleging that his fiancée had thrown coffee in his face. When police showed up, O’Brien stated that he had left. Police later reached him by phone and he reported to headquarters. O’Brien allegedly told officers that they went to McDonald’s Restaurant and she was upset that he didn’t offer to order her any food. She began crying and he told her to shut up and said he was sick of her and called her names. The two continued to argue and trade comments. When they got home, he began emptying out his car but she needed a ride to work. The two continued to argue and when she got opened up the car door to smoke a cigarette, he removed her belongings from the car. The man stated that she was allegedly screaming at him at McDonald’s and it was embarrassing, so he left so he could drop her off at home. However, at police headquarters, he alleged, she refused to get out of the car and allegedly grabbed his wallet and keys from his lap. He began to remove his work items from the car and she allegedly threw the ice coffee at him, striking him in the face and chest. He called 911 and she allegedly started “going crazy and making a scene that was embarrassing to him,” the report stated. O’Brien was then arrested.
Jason Hurley, 40, of North Main Street in Concord, received a summons at 11:55 a.m. on Aug. 21, for skateboarding in a prohibited area. An officer saw Hurley reportedly skateboarding on Pleasant Street. Hurley reportedly told the officer the thought it was OK. The officer pointed to the signs saying “no skateboarding” and Hurley reportedly admitted he knew he wasn’t supposed to but “that he just jumped on quickly at the intersection.” He apologized but dispatch revealed warnings on June 10, 2013, and July 11, and he was issued a summons to appear on Oct. 6.

Christopher B. Engelhardt, 20, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Aug. 21, and charged with felony organized retail crime enterprise, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension. Arianna Beaulieu, 19, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 21, on a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. The victim in the case was Walmart on Loudon Road. Engelhardt’s driving charges were from an incident at South Spring and Clinton streets on Aug. 12. They are due in court Oct. 6.
John Thomas Conkle, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on Aug. 21, on simple assault and criminal mischief charges as well as a bench warrant. The assault and mischief charges were from an alleged incident in Kimball Park on Aug. 3. The warrant was for two contempt capiases for child support. He was arrested at an apartment on South State Street and held on $200 cash bail. He was also served a no trespass letter for all Concord Housing Authority properties.

Emilie J. Dodge, 44, of Wilmot Center Road in Elkins, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. on Aug. 21, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. An officer saw a vehicle turn right on red at the intersection of North Main and Pleasant streets were a right turn on red isn’t allowed. The vehicle was stopped on South State Street. Dodge’s license had been suspended for default court summons on Aug. 19, and she was arrested. She had a previous conviction on June 3. She’s due in court on Oct. 6.
Edward F. Foye, 58, of Tremont Street in Boston, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Aug. 21, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. An officer saw a Chevrolet Malibu pull a U-turn on Manchester Street at Old Turnpike Road where a U-turn isn’t allowed. The vehicle was pulled over and it was revealed that Foye’s license was suspended on Aug. 4, and he was arrested. He also received summonses.
Dawna Jean Granfield, 31, of Alice Drive in Penacook, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Aug. 22, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge from Aug. 8, at Walmart on Loudon Road. She turned herself in to police and was arraigned on Sept. 29.
Justine Lynn Sheehan, 21, of Catamount Road in Northwood, was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on Aug. 22, on two simple assault charges. Officers were called to Concord Ortho on Pleasant Street for a fight in the parking lot between five people. Two fled the area and three remained. One witness who worked at the facility stated that Sheehan and a man were allegedly screaming in the parking lot. Another woman stated that she saw Sheehan “walking around in just a bra and that she was continuing to fight with another female.” The other woman was bleeding from her lip but later, left the area. Another witness stated that Sheehan and the other woman were “punching, swinging and were rolling around on the ground yelling at each other.”
Kendra L. Robitelle, 25, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 22, on a resisting arrest charge and a felony bench warrant for narcotics from the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office. An officer was sent to North Spring Street for a report of unwanted guests. The landlord of the building stated that he rented to a woman who no longer lived at the apartment but there were three people squatting in the apartment and refusing to leave. The subjects inside allegedly wouldn’t open the apartment door despite police announcing themselves. The officers, with the help of the landlord, gained access to the apartment through another door and found one woman, Robitelle, allegedly hiding behind a dresser in a bedroom. She was arrested and held without bail.
