CT, VT Residents Charged with DUI: Troop D Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by Troop D New Hampshire State Troopers recently.

Corey Messier, 27, of East Thetford, VT, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug in Grantham.

Marissa Powell of Manchester, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2016, on I-93 South in Concord for habitual offender.

Nicole Couch, 41, of Savannah, GA, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension

Shelly Sechrest, 54, of Springfield, VT, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2016, for DUI-impairment on I-89 South in Warner.

Debra Defabio, 55, of Manchester, was arrested on a bench warrant at NHSP HQ at 10:58 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2016.

Rory Black, 34, of Manchester, CT, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2016, for DUI-impairment. He was arrested on I-93 North in Canterbury.

Gregory Dumais, 28, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2016, for DUI-impairment and reckless conduct. He was arrested on I-93 North in Concord.

Rafael Martinez-Ruiz, 24, of Nashua, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2016, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested on I-89 in New London.
