“They looked back at me and continued to run away,” the reporting officer alleged. “I once again said very loudly that I was with Concord Police and told them to stop. The two males continued generally southbound.”
The reporting officer caught up with one of the men – Estes – and asked him why he was running and he allegedly stated that he had an active no bail warrant, something dispatch confirmed later, and he was placed under arrest.

During an inventory search of one of his bags, the officer allegedly found two syringes – one with a brown liquid inside, believed to be heroin – and another with a clear liquid. Another officer also allegedly located a weapon – a “set of” something, that was redacted from the report.
Estes was transported to police headquarters and processed. He refused bail and was held.
Estes, according to reports on Patch, has been arrested numerous times during the past four years.
Back in September 2013, at 17, he was arrested for criminal trespass and a warrant for nonappearance in court. In February 2014, he was arrested for unauthorized taking or transfer after stealing an xBox and selling it. A month later, he was arrested on a warrant after Concord Fire and Rescue teams were sent to a used furniture store for a report of a subject in the building having an episode. Estes requested a ride to the hospital but was arrested due to a warrant on a driving charge and he was held without bail.
In August 2015, Estes was arrested again outside of the Concord District Court on another warrant and a felony drug possession charge – allegedly a tin foil containing paper with heroin inside that was discovered after a police pat down. Sometime later that year, Estes moved to Manchester. In November, he was arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear on a bail jumping charge on a possession of controlled drug charge and failure to appear on an arraignment on a heroin charge.
