Jaywalking, Swearing Leads To Charges Against Woman: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Tyler J. Gagnon, year of birth 1991, of Intervale Road in Canterbury, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, for receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle. He was arrested on Commercial Street in the area of Horseshoe Pond Place.

Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, year of birth 1964, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Four officers downtown reportedly saw Hoffman jaywalking on Storrs Street and walk right in front of a moving vehicle driving south, according to an affidavit. She stopped and allegedly yelled at the driver as she walked to the passenger side of the vehicle. The reporting officer made contact with the driver and asked what Hoffman said. The man allegedly stated, “F--- off!” The officer caught up with Hoffman near Low Avenue next to Cheers and told her that she was being arrested. Hoffman was brought to the front of a cruiser and when the officer attempted to cuff her, she allegedly pulled away. A second officer assisted and she was handcuffed, placed in the cruiser, and held without bail.

Kyle W. Tillotson, year of birth 1991, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. Christopher Lugg, year of birth 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, on two counts of criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident in the Garvins Falls Road area of the city.

Alexander R. Mahan, year of birth 1993, of Concord Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested on North Main Street near the Statehouse.

Frederick E. Estes IV, year of birth 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2017, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of controlled drugs, resisting arrest or detention, and a warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord Gardens.

Meaghan T. Fazzina, year of birth 1985, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2017, for criminal trespass and a bench warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Thorndike Street.

Daniel A. Hobson, year of birth 1979, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2017, for driving while intoxicated, four counts of conduct after an accident, and moving a vehicle. He was arrested on North Main Street by Cumberland Farms.
