Drug Fugitive, With 'Violent Tendencies,' Sought By U.S. Marshals

Task force says Troy Woodruff has an extensive history of drug crimes, violence. He could be anywhere in NH but also has ties to New York.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate a drug fugitive with who is wanted on a probation violation. Troy Zachary Woodruff, 42, is about 5-feet, 10-inches tall, weighs 220 lbs., and has brown eyes and black hair. He has scars on his right cheek and calf and tattoos on his upper left arm and left shoulder.

Woodruff has been known to use the aliases "Troy Arnold" and "X STREETS." A warrant was issued for his arrest by the U.S. District Court on July 25, for probation violation-absconder on an underlying drug charge, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

"Woodruff has been seen in the Manchester area," White said, "(and) has an extensive history of drug use and violence. Woodruff also has family ties to New York."

The task force has warned law enforcement and others that Woodruff has "violent tendencies" in its alert this week.

According to reports online, Woodruff was arrested in October 2008, on a robbery charge after a lockdown at Central High School and a six-hour standoff with police in Manchester. In 2010, according to the Lowell Sun, he was arrested on a second-degree assault charge in Nashua. He was indicted earlier this year in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-knife, resisting arrest or detention-serious bodily harm, and falsifying physical evidence afteran incident in Manchester in November 2018, according to the Nashua Telegraph. At the time, he was living on Vine Street in Nashua.
