DWI Charges Issued After Fort Eddy Road Crash: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Lindsey A. McNeel, year of birth 1986, of an unknown address, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. on March 31, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at the Rite Aid on North State Street.

Rosa, YOB 1957, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on March 31, 2017, on two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Pizzeria Uno on Fort Eddy Road.

Mushoshere Mwenewirhu, YOB 1978, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on April 1, 2017, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested in an apartment on Loudon Road.
