Concord Police Log: Rifling Through McDonald's Takeout Bag Leads to Crash, Negligent Driving Charge

Woman allegedly threatens to slit boyfriend's throat, gas-brake pedal mix up causes crash, man faces three DWI charges, and more.

Donna J. Scarsilloni, 62, of Salisbury Highway in Andover, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on May 12, 2015, on a criminal liability for the conduct of another at the Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on March 29, 2015. She’s due in court on June 15.

Desiray A. Hersey, 19, a homeless woman now located in Rochester, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on May 12, on a bench warrant out of Rochester District Court from April 30, 2015, for theft of services, $50.54 cash for nonpayment.

Alex Crowder, 26, of Catamount Road in Northwood, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on May 11, on a felony warrant. Police were sent to Lincoln Financial for a report of suspicious subjects on the property. Dispatch reported an employee saw men exiting a car and then walking into the woods. The reporting officer spoke to the employee who stated that the three men were not employees, were on private property, and walking near a gated dirt driveway. The officer found the men. They reportedly stated that they were looking for “gems in the rocks on the ground.” One of the men, Crowder, had an active warrant for felony reckless conduct and criminal threatening by the Northwood Police Department and he was arrested.

Bala Gurung, 44, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 10:24 a.m. on May 10, for operating without a valid license. Officers were sent to an accident in the parking lot of the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road. Gurung reportedly told officers that he mixed up the gas and the brake pedal and crashed into a tree. He was later transported to Concord Hospital for treatment to an injury and received a summons. Gurung is due in court on June 15.

Austin M. Kennedy, 20, of Martel Road in Chichester, received a summons at 9:40 p.m. on May 8, for negligent driving after a motor vehicle accident on West Street. He allegedly admitted to not paying attention to the road while going through his bag of food that he had ordered at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. Kennedy allegedly struck a parked Chevrolet Blazer. His Subaru had “substantial damage” on the side of the vehicle including a flat front tire. He is due in court on June 8.

Kaitlyn D. Rollins, 21, of Windymeer Drive in Epsom, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on May 7, on criminal trespass and driving after revocation or suspension charges. An officer was sent to the Royal Gardens Apartments for a criminal trespass complaint. When he arrived, he spoke to the complainant who stated that Rollins was on the property in violation of a trespass notice from Oct. 6, 2014, by the property manager of the building. She also had an active restraining order. Dispatch stated that the trespass order was active and that Rollins’ license was also suspended on April 25, 2015, for default court summons. Rollins was also previously convicted on March 2, 2015, in Concord District Court of operating after suspension, according to the report. Rollins allegedly drove a Pontiac to the complex, according to the witness. The officer returned to his vehicle and saw the Pontiac and alleged that Rollins was operating the vehicle. He watched as the car pulled into the driveway and stopped in the parking lot. Rollins allegedly got out and walked toward the building. The officer ordered her to stop and arrested her. She’s due in court on June 15.

Roy J. Aikens, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on March 24, for criminal threatening (intimidation), disorderly conduct, and default or breach of bail conditions from an alleged incident on North Main Street on March 19, 2015. Aikens was in jail at the time on other charges and was arraigned remotely the next day.

Brianna L. Harris, 24, of Market Lane in Concord, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on March 24, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening. Officers were sent to Market Lane for a 911 hang up call. When they arrived, they spoke to a man who reported that he and his girlfriend, Harris, were involved in a fight and she had reportedly left to “cool off.” The two had been dating for a bit after meeting on Facebook but he alleged that on this particular evening that he was “afraid that she was going to hurt him” so he locked her out of the apartment. “He said that Harris was angry and began hitting the door,” the report alleged. “He eventually opened the door to tell her to calm down.” After he did that, Harris allegedly slapped him and then tackled him to the floor. “I’m going to slit your throat,” she allegedly stated to him, according to the report. She allegedly went to the kitchen and opened the drawer where the knives were kept but didn’t pick one up. Harris reportedly grabbed her laundry and then left. He also alleged that she sent threatening messages to him on Facebook. The messages were photographed and held as evidence. The officer spoke to neighbors who reportedly heard her make the threat and saw her kick in the door. The officer contacted Harris, who was parking her car. The two spoke and she was arrested.

Gavin R. Guay, 23, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on March 24, on a bench warrant. While on Storrs Street an officer saw a Ford Taurus with an expired inspection sticker. The vehicle was pulled over and the officer found out that the driver, Guay, had a warrant out of Concord District Court from March 10, 2015, for suspended registration, and he was arrested.

Diane F. Bergstrom, 66, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. on March 23, on a criminal mischief charge. Officers were sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for an unwanted guest call. They spoke to a man who appeared to be intoxicated. He stated that he had just been involved in an argument with his ex. The officers then spoke to Bergstrom who reportedly stated that he had been staying with her for about six months and they got in to an argument earlier. The officers saw a lamp that was shattered and she allegedly admitted to throwing it. When asked if the lamp was hers, she allegedly stated that it belonged to both of them. Bergstrom was then arrested and held without bail.

Dustin Roche, 29, of Renton Avenue in Laconia, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on March 23, on felony possession of controlled drugs and a bench warrant. Police were sent to Concord Hospital to arrest Roche after he had reportedly been medically treated following a heroin overdose. He had an active bench warrant out of Laconia District Court for nonappearance on March 16, 2015, $500 cash bail required. There were allegedly “remaining drugs on the scene at the residence where Roche had overdosed” so the drug charge was added. He was arrested and held without bail.

Jeff S. Bushway, 50, of Harvey Lake Road in Northwood, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on March 23, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an illegal right hand turn on red traffic stop on North Main Street. Bushway’s license was suspended on Oct. 8, 2014.

Alicia L. Bresnahan, 34, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on March 18, 2015, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and default or breach of bail conditions. While running radar on Old Turnpike Road, an officer checked a gray Subaru and found that the vehicle’s owner, Bresnahan, had a suspended license. The vehicle was stopped on Terrill Park Drive, and Bresnahan allegedly admitted to having a suspended license. It was suspended on Dec. 29, 2014. She was also convicted on Oct. 20, 2014, for operating after suspensions. Bresnahan said she was driving because she had to drop off paperwork so that she could receive some state aid.
