Elderly Franklin Man Indicted On Incest, Gun, Assault Charges
Alleged Deerfield strangler indicted, Manchester woman indicted on property charge, man indicted for allegedly chasing another with a gun.

CONCORD, NH — Kevin G. Serpa, 41, of Deer Run Lane in Chichester, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on Aug. 7, 2017, in Pittsfield.
Isabel Santos, 26, of Hacket Hill Road in Manchester, for felony receiving stolen property. On March 1, 2017, she allegedly retained a check owned by another in Concord. According to the indictment, Santos has been convicted twice before of theft of property or services in Rockingham County Superior Court in January 2014, and Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2013.

Clifford Steinhauer, 65, of Sanborn Street in Franklin, for incest, convicted felons-firearms, and aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between Dec. 10, 2016, and June 21, 2017, in Franklin he allegedly engaged in and assaulted a teenage girl. At the time of his arrest, he was allegedly in possession of a handgun and a rifle. In 1974, according to the indictment, he was convicted of robbery in Fresno, CA.
Hawk Tucker, 20, of Mount Delight Road in Deerfield, on two felony counts of second-degree assault – strangulation – allegedly on Aug. 7, 2017, in Concord.

Kerri Uyeno, 44, of Miller Road in New Durham, for felony issuing bad checks allegedly on May 30, 2017, in New London.
Brett Wilson, 50, of Wilmot Center Road in New London, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on Aug. 23, 2017, in New London.
Cyle Winseck, 31, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for criminal threatening and reckless conduct. On Aug. 14, 2017, in Boscawen, he allegedly chased another man and threatened him by pointing a firearm at him.
