Four Charged After Penacook Pizza Joint Incident: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Heather L. Leavitt, year of birth 1975, of Church Street in Lebanon, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for inhaling toxic vapors for effect and two warrants. She was arrested on Hall Street at CVS.

Donald A. Dubois, year of birth 1989, of Cherry Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on vehicular assault, reckless operation, and recovered property charges after an alleged incident on Gully Hill on Loudon Road.

Hawk O. Tucker, year of birth 1996, of Deerfield, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for second-degree assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and simple assault after an alleged incident north of the Contoocook River.

Zachary R. Sweeney, year of birth 1995, of West Dubuque Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested on North State Street.

Pancham Darjee, year of birth 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, domestic violence-false imprisonment, and false imprisonment charges. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the area of the mall.

Cassandra Cook, year of birth 1987, of South Main Street in Pittsfield, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for criminal trespass and resisting arrest. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Canton Circle.

Brendan P. Carmody, year of birth 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after an alleged incident on Village Street.

Sarah Hardy, year of birth 1974, of Village Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and obstructing government administration. Also charged were Annie B. Turner, year of birth 1980, of Village Street in Penacook, for prohibited sales; alcoholic beverages; Dylan Gerlack, year of birth 1999, of Clark Street in Franklin, and Mariah K. Williams, year of birth 1998, of Village Street in Penacook, on unlawful possession of alcohol charges. They were all charged after an alleged incident at Chief’s Place on Village Street in Penacook.
