Epsom, Webster Men Arrested on Theft Charges: Concord Police Log

A New Year's Day DWI, two charged with underage drinking on Josiah Bartlett Road, and assault, threat incident reported on Perley Street.

CONCORD, NH — Katherine D. Yuhasz, of Bog Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2017, for assault on a police officer. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Bog Road.

Mark L. Tilden, of Roger Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 5:38 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at home.

Caylin D. Cook, of Route 103A in Newbury, and Annikka K. Matson, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, both received a summons at 11:45 p.m. on Jan. 1, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol. They were charged after an alleged incident on Josiah Bartlett Road.

Stuart McKenzie, of Potash Road in Webster, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Jan. 2, 2017, on two bench warrants. He was arrested on Hall Street near Burger King.

Brandi L. Malo, of Lockes Hill Road in Epsom, was arrested at 8:31 a.m. on Jan. 2, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive.

Francis J. Cremone, of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2017, on two counts of simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of criminal threatening, and two counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening, after an alleged incident on Perley Street.

Michael W. Durgin Jr., of Mount Vernon Terrace in Webster, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Speedway on North Main Street.
