Webster Man Arrested on Drug Dealing Charge in Concord: Log

Police: Incarcerated alleged domestic assaulter faces more charges, Northfield woman arrested on drug charges, woman faces vandalism charge.

CONCORD, NH — Mike W. Durgin, 37, pictured, of Mount Vernon Terrace in Webster, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2016, for sale of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at the Rite Aid on South Street. He was also charged with operating without a valid license after an alleged incident at the Sixth Circuit Court of Concord on Clinton Street.

Jocarl Bureau, 22, currently incarcerated, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2016, for conspiracy to commit and two counts of criminal solicitation to commit after alleged incidents at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.

Claudine Bukuru, 23, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 9:25 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2016, for operating without a valid license after being stopped on Loudon Road.

Ronald J. Bishop, 27, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, for operating without a valid license and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Loudon Road.

Ian R. Fortier, 38, of Garland Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2016, on three bench warrants. He was arrested at the Concord Coach bus depot on Stickney Avenue.

Anna-Vi Whitcher, 22, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at midnight on Nov. 4, 2016, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident on North State Street.

Bonnie L. Messier, 34, of Diana Drive in Northfield, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2016, for false inspection or registration sticker and possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident on Liberty Street. Also arrested was Brandon A. LaClair, 26, of Brodeur Street in Concord, for theft by deception and possession of controlled drugs. The theft charge stemmed from an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
